TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRICES
DEPOSIT
These prices are valid for confirmed bookings until December 2017. For these prices to be in effect a minimum of 150 guests is required.
A non returnable deposit of €600 is required upon confirmation. A 50% deposit is required prior to the wedding. If this deposit is not effected, Neriku Catering is entitled, at its discretion, not to supply the products and services, retaining the nonrefundable deposit. The remaining balance is to be settled within 7 days of the wedding date.
CONFIRMATION A reservation for a wedding will only be confirmed once the contract has been signed and the relative non-refundable deposit paid.
STAFF PRICES To ensure that our carefully crafted products are delivered up to standard, you will need the services of our highly trained crew. Additional staff members requested can be provided at €45 per waiter for 5 hours. Additional hours are at €7.00 per hour.
A standard 3 tier cake is included in the package. Any design, flowers, laces, ribbon are provided at an additional cost. The client must confirm any themed/event cake by not later than one month prior to the date of the event. This must be done by either selecting from the caterer’s catalogued images or by providing a personalised image or design. The price of the themed/event cake may vary according to the type and personalisation requested by the client. We do not charge a corkage fee for the use of the bar if clients do not opt for the open bar, however clients incur a charge of €75 for the use of glasses and compensation for breakages. A wine bar can also be set up as an accompaniment to the Cheese and Salami Display. No setup cost will be incurred, except that of the wine bar personnel at a cost of €45. Ice flakes & Ice cubes can be provided to keep beverages cool at a charge of €5 per bag.
