Kim’s Corner Fall o the bone, easy oven baked “BBQ Baby Back Ribsâ€? Dry rub recipe: 3 Tbs garlic powder 1 Tbs onion powder 1Tsp Paprika 2 Tbs sea salt 1 Tbs black pepper 1 Tsp red pepper* 1/8 cup brown sugar Mix together very well!
You will need two full rack of ribs, cookie sheet, aluminum foil. Pre heat oven to 275 degrees. Apply the rub generously to all the ribs, every nook and cranny, best if applied 24 hours before. Place on cookie sheet, tent with aluminum foil, Cook for 3 hours, take out apply generously with BBQ sauce of choice, raise oven temp to 300, remove foil and bake for an addi onal 1 hour.
