Talega Market Update We had a slightly different market this year with schools star&ng earlier, 8/15 normally star&ng two weeks later on 9/6, causing a slow in the market a liNle earlier than years past. Inventory peaked in Talega this year in July with a high inventory of 88 ac&ve, 28 under contract and pending and 25 sold. Homes have moved very well this year in Talega with a total of 200 so far. In the past couple of months inventory has declined, as it does every year, to as of today 66 homes. This will stay on a steady decline un&l the end of the year, this being a normal cycle.
