STATEMENT OF PURPOSE RESPECTED SIR, IINTERNSHIP IN FIELD OF ARCHITECTURE
During my earlier studies I had no clue about architecture and I was going to persue automobile engineering. But by faith I came in ARCHITECTURE, before entering this course I used to love the surrounding and the kind of ambience which was been created by emphasis of space. How even different materials and space created the entire surrounding not only that but the element which is been selected is repeated at an interval created curosity. Interested in landscape architecture, Modern architecture, Vernacular architecture. I remember being told in the rst year of B.Arch, by one of my guiding faculty ( SIR GIRISH MISTRY) “ unless you put a function to your creation- its not architecture, its visual art.” There were several workshop which improvised our thinking about anything that can be possible but if operated in a certain way. Clay workshop than Plaster Of Paris workshop helped in 3D visualiazation. Also painting in shadows and imagination of different lights being applied and the impact which light creates on the building. While persuing 2nd year of arch we learned that what was the designing process all about and what is process which has to be followed. The space planning started; the initial was all about the bubble diagram at the basic level also the circulation and the path, than having different ideology of the space project due to the different understanding and the thinking process. Identiaction and justication of space not only by purpose but also by understanding the needs of the people. By the time understanding and improvization happended simultaneously, also by the need requirement. And by the time you know my interest while also about your esteem rm would be an right place for my internship period. The size and diversity of highly qualied people would be an extreme previlege to work under your rm. I believe that working under your team would not only enhance my career oppurtunities, but also help me realize my maximum potential. As I will evolve as a student of architecture I feel the need to know and learn more and more and the loop should be continued. Hence I wish to dive deeper in the process and learning of creativity.
