2 cups Sugar 1 3/4 cups All Purpose Flour 3/4 cup Unsweetened Cocoa 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1 1/2 tsp Baking Soda Salt to taste 3 Eggs 1 cup Whole Milk 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil 2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 cup Boiling Water
For Peanut Butter Frosting: • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter • 1 cup Peanut Butter • 250 gms Cream Cheese Cold • 4 cups Powdered Sugar • 1 tbsp heavy cream / Milk

STEPS: Step 1: Line muffins tin with paper liners. Heat oven to 180C Step 2: Take a large bowl and sieve flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda and salt together Step 3: Add eggs, vanilla, milk and oil. Beat nicely for a minute Step 4: Stir boiling water. Batter will have a thin consistency Step 5: Fill liners 2/3 with batter Step 6: Bake cupcakes for about 20 - 25 minutes Step 7: Before frosting let it cool completely
STEPS: For Peanut Butter Frosting: Step 1: Beat butter until smooth Step 2: Add cream cheese and continue to beat until smooth and get completely mixed with the butter Step 3: Add peanut butter and beat until its nicely mixed Step 4: Slowly add powdered sugar and continue to mix until the frosting is smooth Step 5: Add cream, and beat another minute. Frost cupcakes
