1/8 cup chopped dried Cherries 1/4 cup dried Currants 1/4 cup Brandy 1/2 cup Pecans 1/2 cup Walnuts 1/2 cup Almonds 3 Egg

 2 cups All Purpose Flour  1 cup Butter  1 cup Brown Sugar  1/8 tsp Baking Powder  1/8 tsp Salt  1/4 tsp ground Cinnamon  1/4 cup Raisins

Steps:

Step 1: Take a large bowl and place dried cherries, currants, walnuts, almonds, pecans, raisins and brandy in a container. Mix and stir them well then keep it for at least 24 hours in airtight container Step 2: In a medium bowl combined all purpose flour, salt, cinnamon, baking powder and set aside. In other bowl beat egg and set aside Step 3: Take a large bowl beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Now add beated egg, flour mixture and make a smooth batter

Steps: Step 4: Add soaked fruits in batter and mix well Step 5: Take a square cake pan, lightly grease it with the butter then line its sides and base with non-stick baking paper. Sift the batter in it and spread evenly Step 6: Preheat oven to 275 F. Bake the cake for 45 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean Step 7: Remove the cake from oven and sprinkle brandy on it. Allow to cool and serve
