STEPS: • Step 1: Preheat the oven up to 325 degree F. In a bowl whisk flour, salt, cocoa powder and baking powder • Step 2: In another bowl first combine the oil and sugar well, then mix vanilla extract, vinegar, red food coloring and egg until it is combined • Step 3: Mix the ingredients of both the bowls and make a smooth batter • Step 4: Grease the two pans with butter and then pour the batter into it. Keep these pans now in oven to bake them
STEPS: • Step 5: After 30 minutes, check the pans and if tester comes out to be clean then remove the pans and place them on rack for cooling • Step 6: Blend cheese and butter firstly, then mix icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla extract until it gets fluffy. Then frost the cake layers • Step7: Decorated with chocolate sprinkles and press a cherry as desired
