Brief description An increase in unsatisfied demand of ethanol is due to the fact that production does not follow the consumption growth curve. Additionally, countries are implementing more ambitious mandates with respect to the share percentage of ethanol in the mixture with fossil fuels. This project answers the growing demand, generating sustainable supply of renewable energy and food production. Project income derives from ethanol and DDGS (Dried Distillers Grains with Solubles) sales, estimated at US$ 300 million total sales per year. The infrastructure, technology and facilities provided for the project’s plant (raw material storage, finished product and river terminal) will allow operating an efficient productive process for optimizing the company’s profits.

Brief description Sustainable growth of Argentina; mandatory use of biodiesel; fixed sales prices based on the cost of oil and methanol; unsatisfied demand; the development of mining projects consuming large quantities of fuel; exclusive use of Mining Biodiesel product; guaranteed supply of soy; access to tax and fiscal benefits; location of the plant a few kilometers from the Bi-Oceanic Corridor Porto Alegre (Brazil)- Coquimbo (Chile); to become the first plant in the province, are the factors that make this project a business opportunity without comparison. Domestic market sales and/or biodiesel exports, balanced soy flour and glycerin foods are the profit sources of the project. Estimated annual sales invoicing in US$: Soy flour US$ 29232000, Biodiesel B100 US$ 16560000 and Glycerin 80% US$ 345600, for a total of US$ 46137600.

demand and currently many factors concur in connection with quality improvement, high demandside competition and a decrease in general stock, with clients demanding an increase in supply. It is a good time to make investments in fine merino wool due to the current economic climate to meet the current demand and due to the short term yield considering the arrival of the new 2011-2012 production season as of next August. The success of the transaction is based on the current demand of wool textile in the principal world markets and the company’s experience and business structure in full operation. 1. PRODUCTION OF ALFALFA MEAL AND PELLETS Sector Agriculture and Livestock – Forage harvesting chain Project location San Rafael – Mendoza- Argentina Total amount of the project in US$ 5 million Brief description This project is geared towards developing the industrial process for producing alfalfa meal and pellets in order to reduce forage volume and/or lengthen its nutritional properties over time. Advantages of alfalfa meal and pellets:

8

// VI China-LAC // October 17th and 18th, 2012 // Hangzhou, China

• Excellent conservation. • Less volume, less freight costs, export potential. • Increased international demand. • Source of fiber, proteins and energy for cattle feed. • Compared to other protein products, it is a source of vitamin and minerals and improved food palatability. • Direct consumption food. Does not require grinding or humid intake, although possible. • Reduction of food nutrition losses associated with fall of foliage, feeders cannot select food and there is barely any waste. Low density hay conditioned in bales or rolls presents transportation problems, especially rolls where the central section generates dead storage and freight space. Package size is inconvenient for in-farm management, transportation and outside commercialization. Consequently, hay trading is limited to its area of production. The industrialization of hay appears as a solution to this problem since hay constitutes an excellent forage reserve and is widely demanded during shortages (e.g., due to drought) or in regions where forage crop is not enough to meet cattle feed demand. The project requires financing the industrial development phase (investment in equipment, technology transfer to producers, human resource training.) Method Revenue share on sales following the production of alfalfa meal and pellets. Share percentage will be agreed between the parties. 2. HYDROKINETIC PARK - CANAL SAN MARTÍN Sector Energy Project location San Martin Canal, Luján de Cuyo, Mendoza Total amount of the project in US$ 9.5 million Brief description The objective of this project is to build an underwater turbine farm in the canal to produce electric power from inflowing water streams. There will be several turbines with the same features in each section of the canal, following a concept similar to current wind farms. The types of turbines that will be installed are called hydrokinetic turbines since they harness kinetic energy from the body of water running along the canal. Generated electric power will be delivered to the Interconnected Provincial System. One of the main points in favor of this type of technology, in an incipient stage of development at a commercial level, is the fact that it does not require significant civil engineering works such as dams, river rerouting or restitution. Other favorable factors include its simple and modular design that can be progressively extended. The project consists of the following phases: • Phase 1: Prototype Testing (4,5 kW) • Phase 2 : Park Pilot Testing (300 KW) • Phase 3 : Commercial scale (over 1 MW) It is important to highlight that the first section of the San Martin Canal will have 18 MW of available power potential. Phase 1 has been partly financed. Investments are required to complete this phase in addition to phases 2 and 3. Method Revenue share on sales of energy through a purchase agreement with the National Energy Secretariat. Share percentage to be agreed between the parties. There are currently two types of imported products corresponding to the two main formulas circulating worldwide: Botox® and Dysport®, from Allergan and Sidus Laboratories, respectively. Since botulinum neurotoxin (BoNT) was approved in the United States in 2002, it has become the cosmetic medicine treatment with the fastest growing demand. It was approved as an anti-wrinkle treatment effective against vertical wrinkles between the eyebrows, horizontal wrinkles on the forehead, crow’s feet and some neck wrinkles. Intramuscular inoculation is performed worldwide for treating certain muscle tone disorders, mainly for treating strabismus, blepharospasm, spasmodic torticollis and hemifacial spasms. In order to commercialize the product the botulinum neurotoxin has to be lyophilized. ARTOX plans on implementing this stage and become a Technologybased Enterprise, the only one in the country to produce this product.

Brief description SNP aims at the heart of a sustainable meat-based food system worldwide, following confirmation that cattle issue the same amount of methane as cars and trucks across the world. The company has trademarked the industrial design of a solution based on aquatic allicin that: • does not affect cow rumen (essential for life and for generating milk and meat) • reduces methane emissions by 94 %. It is the same business line currently produced by the company under the same and exact production conditions, based on the active ingredient of garlic in accordance with its own singular discoveries and on other successful experiments (salmon lice, bees, human lice, etc.). 1. Caymanas Economic Zone Sector Logistics Hub – Infrastructure, Manufacturing and ICT Location of the Project St. Catherine, Jamaica Total Value of the Project in US$ To Be Determined Brief Description There is potential for huge growth in the manufacturing sector, and the Government has embarked on a drive to position the island as a major logistics hub. A key component of the hub requires the establishment of a manufacturing centre at the Caymanas Economic Zone (CEZ), which will reinforce Jamaica’s position as an ideal location for manufacturers seeking nearshore markets, quick conversion cycles and low-cost customised delivery options to major markets. The CEZ consists of 1,500 acres of prime real estate. About 200 acres have been earmarked for Phase I to lay out the ICT, Business Park and Light Industries Park. The development of this centre will complement the dredging and expansion of the Port, and support the development of a global distribution centre, light manufacturing and assembly, strategically positioned in the Americas. This will allow Jamaica to elevate its role in the global supply chain by facilitating the movement of cargo throughout the hemisphere, and serving as a strategic gateway for cargo destined for the North, South and Central American markets, thus taking advantage of a network of trade agreements between Jamaica/ CARICOM and these markets. The ownership options include long term lease, lease for purchase and outright purchase. Total Value of the Project in US$ To Be Determined

Brief Description One of the key initiatives that Jamaica has identified for investment stimulation, job creation and revenue generation is the establishment of an International Financial Services Centre. The establishment of this industry presents an excellent opportunity for Jamaica to be recognized as an international business centre to position Jamaica as a provider of services further up the global value-chain. Jamaica’s entry into the market will be as a mid-value competitor.

Brief Description Jamaica is a premium investment destination for investment in manufacturing. This is primarily due to the country’s cost competitiveness, its strategic location to North America, the Caribbean and South American markets, a highly qualified, skilled and productive labour force, as well as enviable market access rooted in a number of strategic bilateral arrangements. In choosing Jamaica for medical devices manufacturing, investors can count on cost competitiveness and other core advantages in relation to other Caribbean and Central American countries. The opportunity exists to establish a manufacturing facility in any of the following areas: • Medical disposables e.g., surgical drapes and gowns, gloves, syringes and needles, catheters, wound care products, colostomy and incontinence products, and blood bags. • Medical equipment e.g. orthopaedic implants, pacemakers, stents, surgical instruments, medical instruments, heart valves • Diagnostic substances which are often incorporated into a device, as in, for example, a pregnancy test.

Amongst the initial services contemplated in the near term and for which the development of the legislative framework is well advanced are international holding companies, international trusts, and limited liability companies. These will lead, ultimately, to the development of other services, including international banking, insurance services and aircraft registration. Existing strengths include hundreds of well-trained bankers, accountants, lawyers and other corporate and financial professionals who are well poised to provide the services required by the international financial community at the most competitive rates available anywhere. Other assets include Jamaica’s well established tradition and infrastructure for hosting international business people, robust telecommunications infrastructure, excellent air and land infrastructure, location in a convenient time zone providing easy access to North, South and Central America, and significant international tax treaties. Limestone Extraction and Processing Facility Sector Infrastructure and Mining Location of the Project Various locations across Jamaica Total Value of the Project in US$ To Be Determined Brief Description Jamaica’s most abundant mineral is limestone – approximately 300 billion tonnes of which 60 - 80 billion tonnes are mineable. Limestone deposits in Jamaica account for 65% of the island by weight, and 85% of its surface coverage. Jamaica’s limestone is attractive for investment, as a high proportion of the limestone is of pharmaceutical grade. Limestone is a vital component in construction, pharmaceuticals, plastics, steel metallurgy, and the refining of materials such as bauxite to alumina. Opportunities for investment in Jamaica are available in the development of extraction and processing facilities for the manufacture of several products including cement, glass, paints, rubber, building construction material (concrete and building blocks), among others. Additionally, the declining focus of Jamaica on bauxite and the restructuring of the mining industry to limestone have given rise to opportunities for investment through the development of port facilities, including the conversion of the five (5) existing bauxite/alumina ports to multiple-use ports.
