INTRODUCTION ‌ This book has been specially put together to help women who to kick-start their day on a good note. Women readers can look forward to enjoying 31-days worth of Good Morning pep talks to inspire, motivate women to take charge and control of their day. May these pep talks replace the absent friend who may not be available to women in the early waking hours of the day., may it uplift the spirit of all who read it bringing comfort, whilst instilling in readers the spirit of a champion warrior. Readers can take time to meditate on one pep talk per day or read a collection to help galvanise individual to take the necessary action to get their life back on track or to carry on their good works. Enjoy!
Day No. 1: Blessings
Every second, every minute and every hour of the day you are surrounded by opportunities to be, do and have. Today count your blessings, be thankful for those things in your life that are working. Make a conscious effort to work on those things that are not working so well. Today take time to see just how far you have come and that you do need to appreciate that you are more than enough!
Day No. 2: Happy Days
Today you have the power to advance, progress and grow into the person you wish to be. If you want your day to run smoothly, find ways to keep yourself elevated in your mind, body and spirit eg. listening to your favourite song, chilling out in the sauna, going for a morning run, praying, meditating, reading empowerment books or cooking a nutritious breakfast—do whatever it will take to keep you H.A.P.P.Y as you navigate your way through the day! Without apology, unleash your potential onto this world!
Day No. 3: V.I.P.
Treat yourself like a V.I.P. (a Very Important Person) Today, and every day find a segment of the day where you allow yourself to be shamelessly, ―self-full‖ ie. give to yourself. Set time aside to unplug the phone and all your gadgets—feel no way, put up ―DO NOT DISTURB‖ signs or go AWOL ie. ―Absent Without Leave‖, even if for 1 hour—just to unwind, recharge and be re-invigorated. Take care of you!
Day No. 4: Gratitude
Remind yourself that you are special, designed for ultimate success in all areas of your life. Believe that you will find a way to accomplish your heart’s desires. Know that if you knuckle down there is no telling to how much you can achieve. Despite the knocks, do not give up, be resilient, be persistent, stay focused believe that you will find your way. You are a WINNER, you will be victorious!
Day No. 5: Give Thanks
Today give thanks that you are still here—despite the obstacles and the hard knocks you may have faced or are currently facing, rejoice that you have made it through. Remind yourself that you are amazing, that within you lies the secrets to your success! Let your light shine today, place yourself in environments that are uplifting and nurturing to your soul.
Day No. 6: Take Charge
Life requires you to take charge and take control. Today whatever challenges you may face you are going to "move" mountains: change things up a little. You will do what you need to do, whether it is to change your thoughts, change location, change jobs, leave friendships in order to connect with your destiny. Know for certain your defining moment is now: there are no rocks or obstacles in your way - IT'S YOUR TIME, YOUR TURN, IT'S YOUR SEASON!!!
Day No. 7: Stay Focused
Take time to focus on your dreams today, write it down, draw it, visualise it ‌ just be obsessed in capturing your vision. Ingrain your vision, in your mind, body and spirit. Refuse to allow your current situation, frustrations and disappointments to detract you from the progress you have made towards living your dreams. Press on! Keep up the momentum, don’t stop until you achieve your dreams.
Day No. 8: Dreams
This is not the time to rest on your laurels!!! There is work to be done, dreams to be realised and the endless possibilities for you to improve your life and be the best that you can be. Yesterday has come and gone, and no matter the obstacles, lift your head up, shoulders back and tell yourself that you will figure it out, what you need to do and when you’ll need to do it. Believe in yourself—every dream is worth fighting for, so roll those sleeves up and get on with it!!!
Day No. 9: Keep Going!
Reach for your dreams today, push, stretch, go the extra mile! Pick up the pace a little, walk with a swagger and with undeniable confidence that you will do whatever it takes to achieve your goal. You will figure it out when you need to … just believe that everything is working perfectly. Never mind the setbacks that you have recently been experiencing. Do not be disheartened, press on and keep up the momentum—Believe in yourself and your ability to succeed. Believe that ―success‖ has your name on it!
Day No. 10: Get Busy!
You will get out of your day what you put in! Today, if you are truly committed, you will write down what you want to experience: let this be your guide—it will help you to stay focused. Remember be flexible, even the best of plans can get scuppered due to circumstances beyond your control. Nevertheless, be optimistic and have a plan B just in case. Know that you are amazing, extraordinary and that today is the day to unleash your genius, no excuses, no holding back. Be your ultimate best today!
Day No. 11: Move on Up!
Today is your day to move on up! Assess which habits are holding you back and make a commitment to eliminate them. Write down your thoughts, draw/visualise and meditate on what your life would look like if you were to eliminate these ―sabotaging habits‖. Imagine just how much your life would progress without these habits! Love yourself enough to pinpoint which beliefs and values you currently have that are holding you back and are inhibiting your progress. Save yourself by committing to eliminating them from your life.
Day No. 12: Leap of Faith
Today take a leap of faith – dare to dream! Embrace your dreams/ambitions and release all fears like never before. Believe that God has placed within you your own unique destiny. Pray, fast, meditate until you understand your purpose– why you are here and what you are here to do. Fight for your divine legacy that has your name written all over it! Do not stop until you are living your life on purpose with purpose.
Day No. 13: Have a Plan
Today write out your plans for the day, visualise what you want to manifest in your life. Today you will bounce back from the hard knocks of life by taking charge and control. Be proactive: so when your moment comes to get things done and handle your business both at home and at work, you will! Be focused, well prepared and ready for action. Refuse to allow the spirit of procrastination to sabotage your future. Every decision you make today is creating your future tomorrows– so be bold, fierce and maintain your new-found ―unstoppable attitude‖.
Day No. 16: Potential
Today, recognise and appreciate that you are still here, see this as a sign
that there is more to you than meets the eye, and you have not even begun to scratch the surface of your potential. Step it up! Raise your game and be willing to unleash untapped potential. Refuse to hold yourself back another day. Find your purpose, find your passion, find yourself!!!
Day No. 17: Shake It Off!
Today, you are going to shake things up a little to gain the breakthrough that you have desired for so long. Shake off the things of the past, solely focusing on creating a bright and abundant future for yourself. Seize the day—refuse to give up, refuse to let things be! Be the catalyst, be the change that you want to see by taking charge and doing a new thing. Press on, despite in some cases the evidence being contrary, believe that you will achieve the results you are looking for.
Day No. 14: Showing Up!
Dreams can and do come true: showing up is really half the battle towards achieving your goals. Things will really start to happen for you the moment you are willing to step out of your comfort zone. Refuse to be denied: believe that you can and do deserve to see your dreams manifest. Simply show up and take those steps towards accomplishing your heart’s desires! Closet yourself away from distractions to figure out your unique life purpose then unleash your giant‖ warrior to begin to make things happen.
Day No. 15: Your Thoughts
Your thoughts are creating your ―future tomorrows‖, so just for today, focus on what is working well and build on it. Declare what it is you would like to see happen in the ―future‖ and begin to formulate a plan in your head and on paper how you intend to work on your visions and dreams. Stay focused and persistent, believe that you can and will be victorious, conquering your fears like never before.
Day No. 18: Awaken
Now is the time to awaken untapped potential. Think differently: become that person that you need to be. Be willing to go there ie. move out of your comfort zone to attain those things that are important to you. Arise and begin to do a new thing, refuse to be held back from achieving your dreams. Believe with your entire being that you can and will achieve your dreams. Expand your mind, horizons and networking circle, believe that the right people and the right opportunities will turn up at the divine time. Believe that good things are going to come to you today. Surrender to the fact that your success is imminent. And so it is!
Day No. 19: Stand Tall!
Stand tall today, knowing that deep down inside of you lies your plans, goals and dreams, even the promise of better days. Believe that there is more to you than meets the eye, and your best is yet to come! Believe that you are strong enough to figure out how to unlock your ―secret combination‖ that holds the key to your unique life purpose and perhaps the life-path for you to follow. Aim high, stay focused and persistent and even you will surpass even your own expectations.
Day No. 20: Winner
Remind yourself that you are a WINNER and WINNERS NEVER QUIT!!! Believe: even if you find yourself stuck, you will figure out your next move. Know without a doubt that everything is going to be alright—so be brave, be bold … simply take charge: take control! Act as you already got this in the bag!
Day No. 21: Talents/Gifts
Everyone has unique gifts and talents—happy are those who have discovered their gifts and are utilising them to make a difference. Look within for the answers to find your true purpose - your purpose is hidden in your life story. Everything you have experienced up until now has been shaping you to become the person you were born to be. Don’t get bitter: get better at living your best life now!
Day No. 22: Attitude
You just won’t be denied: adjust your attitude and believe and consistently affirm that easily and effortlessly you will make things happen–you will make your life work. If there is one small or big thing that you could do today to bring yourself closer to manifesting your dreams just advance towards it by taking one positive action or step. DO IT NOW!!!
Day No. 23: Switch!
Get out of bed knowing that greatness TRULY resides within you! Be excited: as of today, believe it is your prerogative to choose what you truly want out of life. Begin to take back your power in all areas of your life, especially those parts that are causing much discomfort and dis-ease and simply begin anew. Dust off the cobwebs of your mind, declaring to yourself and to the world that you are switching things up a little, by being more decisive about whom and what can stay, enter or exit your life.
Day No. 24 : Spring Clean
If you can get up, then you can show up, and if you can show up, know that you are ready to move up, move ahead & move on with your life! It is time for you to wake up, shake up and spice up your life—get round to doing those things that you have always wanted to do. Now is the time to focus solely on you. Open up to the endless possibilities on how you can improve and upgrade your life. Move beyond your comfort zone and tackle those areas of your life that could do with a spring clean.
Day No. 25: Cutting Ties
Sometimes in order to progress you have to cut ties with people, places and organisations, who on reflection do not share the same values and beliefs as you. Have the courage to move up, move on or move out! Staying in arenas which do not align with your values and beliefs could knock you off your game, perhaps clouding your vision, and judgement, which in turn could jeopardise your bright future. Be bold and courageous by releasing and letting go of things, people and places that may not be for your highest good.
Day No. 26: Mojo
Make it a point to do one new thing that will enable you to get your "mojo" back and have you climbing off the walls with plenty joy, increased creativity and vigour. Take things up a notch today, - find that thing that will make your soul sing, that will leave you feeling intensely motivated, creative and inspired. Remind yourself that you are indeed talented and you can attract your heart’s desires. If all else fails: change things up a little, or, perhaps a lot—its your choice!
Day No. 27: Moving On!
As of today, refuse to keep re-hashing & regurgitating, and going over and over in your mind "your past". LEARN THE LESSON AND MOVE ON!!! You don't have to keep dragging up old stories of your past, especially if it leaves you feeling debilitated, causing you much stress and dis-ease in your mind and body. Such repetitively negative thoughts and actions will most certainly sabotage progress in your present and future life.
Day No. 28: Handle It!
You may have experienced a few setbacks recently, however, today is a day for you to focus on being disciplined, using every ounce of available time concentrating all your energies on finding solutions!!! Go ahead, be bold, plan your jaw-dropping comeback, believe that you are able to resolve any challenges you are facing or yet to face. Adjust your attitude: remind yourself no matter what, with God’s grace, that you will be able to handle anything today.
Day No. 29: Worthy
Understand, that you really are worthy of receiving, love and compassion, just as much as anyone else, for example, when a baby falls no one shouts "stupid", rather we check that the baby is safe and hope it learns it’s lessons. Learn you lesson and move on—be kind towards yourself. Dust yourself off and start again, take charge and control by planning your jaw-dropping comeback with boldness and new found courage.
Day No. 30: Progress
Stop for a moment to review your progress, of course, there are things about you that need changing, but you have to acknowledge and celebrate the things that you are doing well first before you can launch in with your demands for improvements. Appreciate your efforts no matter how small, congratulate yourself on each baby step you take and before long you will be back in stride conquering those mountains you never ever thought you would climb. Review your progress– you will find that you are doing far better than you originally thought.
Day No. 31: Goldmine
Know that you are sitting on a goldmine. Stop looking outside of yourself, everything you need is within you: your job is to observe what you are passionate about and find some form of purpose from it. You are indeed sitting on a goldmine—that goldmine is you! Put yourself out on a limb if you must ‌ turn your talents into money!!! Find a niche, offer a service where you can use your talents and simultaneously gain monetary rewards.
AFFIRMATION ... In an easy and effortless manner, in the most healthy and most positive way I am now attracting opportunities that bring me into alignment with the work I was born to do.
