Sometimes a weekend away doesn’t mean you have to go far. With over 100 wineries, a bustling downtown with unique shops and restaurants, along with plenty of family fun throughout the city, Lodi is one of San Joaquin County’s premier destinations.

Fairfield Inn by Marriott opened its Lodi location in June 2020. As tourism returned to the valley, the hotel gained popularity with families and business travelers alike. Located directly off Highway 99, the hotel is strategically located within the amenity rich Reynolds Ranch shopping center. “The proximity to Costco and the surrounding developments attracted us to this location,” says Melissa Martinez, the property’s General Manager. “We felt this was a perfect location to provide a one-stop shop for everything you need while traveling.”

The property sits just a few miles from Lodi Lake, where water sports, events, and picnics run all summer long. The hotel is also less than a ½-mile from local wineries, and less than two miles from Micke Grove Park, which offers a pristine golf course, along with educational exhibits and other family friendly activities all year-round.

Beyond its location, the Lodi Fairfield Inn offers a diverse array of valuable amenities, including free hot breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub, fitness center, guest laundry facility, free Wi-Fi, and free parking on property. “My favorite part of the hotel are the beautiful indoor and outdoor event spaces available for rent, which are perfect for weddings, conferences, fundraisers, baby showers, board meetings and the like,” says Melissa.

With business thriving, the hotel’s managing firm is currently developing an 83 room Residence Inn by Marriott directly next door. The extended-stay brand offers a complete “home away from home” experience, offering in-room kitchens, expansive living space, as well as an unrivaled Marriott guest experience.
