Mexican Vinaigrette Ingredients: ½ cup olive oil 3 TBSP apple cider vinegar 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice ½ tsp. diced Jalapeno chili pepper 1 tsp. chili powder ½ tsp. minced onion 1 clove garlic (or 1 tsp. minced garlic) 1 tsp. ground cumin 4 tsp. chopped fresh cilantro ½ tsp. Celtic sea salt 2 dates–remove pits or (2 tsp. raw honey)
Preparation: 1. Place all ingredients into a blender. 2. Blend until smooth.
