Tuna Lettuce Wraps Ingredients: (1 serving)
½ can wild caught chunk light tuna 1 Tablespoon grapeseed oil mayonnaise (Vegenaise) 1 Tablespoon chopped celery 1 Tablespoon chopped tomatoes 3-5 Romaine lettuce leaves
Preparation: 1. Drain tuna and mix with mayonnaise, celery and tomatoes. 2. Place into lettuce leaves. 3. Eat and enjoy the feeling of a high-protein, non-starchy, light lunch or snack.
Variations: 1. You can also use shredded chicken, turkey, hard-boiled egg or salmon instead of tuna. 2. Add other veggies of your choice (avocado, chopped spinach, carrots)
