Carlton Senior Living coming to Santa Rosa Carlton Senior Living is developing more than 138 senior rental apartments next to Larkfield Shopping Center—offering options for independent living, assisted living and memory care. “We’re excited to be joining the Santa Rosa community. There is a growing need for senior living options here and throughout the region,” says Dave Coluzzi, president of Carlton Senior Living. “Residents will appreciate this new community’s high-quality design and furnishings and our commitment to providing a wide range of activities, fresh, healthy hand-crafted food and truly compassionate care in a comfortable, family-friendly atmosphere,” he says. They will also benefit from the community’s close-proximity to the new Sutter Santa Rosa Regional Hospital and the Luther Burbank Center for the Arts, as well as to the renowned Sonoma Wine Country region.

“Our Santa Rosa community will showcase some new, exciting options and amenities for residents,” says Coluzzi. Carlton Senior Living is well known, for example, for its award-winning diabetes management and fall prevention programs. It also offers a unique approach to Alzheimer’s and memory care, with programs that ignite residents’ imagination through multisensory activities, while preserving their dignity, choice and sense of personal wellbeing. The Memory Care Program will feature individual apartments and a dedicated living room, fireplace, private courtyard and indoor/outdoor dining options. “We provide a full spectrum of services customized to each individual’s needs,” Coluzzi adds. Carlton Living is a major sponsor of the Senior Expo, be sure to stop by their booth on May 19th at Finley Community Center.
