Explore 50+ exhibitors at this year’s Senior Expo. Admission is FREE! This event will showcase products, services and educational opportunities available in the community. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with experts from local financial and medical communities as well as estate planning professionals and health insurance specialists. Plus, the Expo will also feature plenty of information about travel, recreation, fitness and nutrition. A prize giveaway and silent auction will also be held during the event; winners will be selected at 11:00am and must be present to receive prize.

Nutrition Strategies to Enhance Your Brain’s Memory, Mood and Focus Discover the modern natural strategies you can do at home to improve memory, focus, moods and mental clarity. Learn about fantastic foods that can boost your moods and help you to feel sharper and more alert. Class Activities Include: • Learn what foods can make a difference to your brain and how to use them • Discover simple techniques that can help you to feel better instantly • Develop better memory, focus and clarity • Understand the real story of pain and inflammation and what you can do to prevent it How to register: • Sign up by attending the first day of class; instructor will give you an application & assist with registration or sign up online at older-adults.santarosa.edu, schedule of classes • No age limit for Older Adults Program courses, though they are tailored for seniors • Students may register at any time during the semester • No fee for Older Adults Program course; Senior Center Drop-in Fee collected upon arrival • You may contact the Older Adults Program at (707) 527-4533 for more information
Siota Bell Instructor Siota Belle has degrees in Nutrition and Homeopathy and studied Herbology; along with Hawaiian, Chinese and Ayurvedic Healing. She has had a Natural Healing practice in Santa Rosa since 1986 and publishes an international blog on Healing and Nutrition.
