New Faces
Kim Hatch, the new Recreation Specialist at PSW, moved to Santa Rosa as a new mother and wife 15 years ago. Eager to make new friends and build a sense of home in the community, she enrolled her daughter in a Kindergym class at the Finley Community Center and was quickly enveloped into the Santa Rosa community. Wanting to give others the same sense of community, she became a Teeny Tots, Tiny Tots, and Kindergym instructor for the City of Santa Rosa. Her years as an instructor, working with kids, parents, and grandparents, inspired a passion for community service which she looks forward to bringing to the Person Senior Wing.

A new glass partition wall has been installed on the second floor of the Person Senior Wing. This full size glass wall will help reduce noise from traveling from the first floor Auditorium to other parts of the facility, hopefully eliminating noise disruptions to other programs. We appreciate your patience and flexibility during construction.
This traditional yoga class will provide a total body experience to strengthen and energize the body while calming the mind. The class will begin with standing and balancing postures before transitioning to the floor for prone, supine and inverted postures. Each class will include pranayama breath practices, meditation and relaxation. Modifications are offered throughout class to suit every level of experience. 8:45-9:45am Vinyasa Yoga
Boost your energy with a Vinyasa yoga class! This class is designed to warm the body, building strength, flexibility and concentration. Syncing breath with movement and weaving the poses together in a flowing sequence will create a moving meditation to cultivate focus and awareness. Each class will include pranayama breath practices, meditation and relaxation. Modifications are offered throughout class to suit every level of experience. 11:10am-12pm Ellen Street, Instructor; UC Davis, Clinical Nutrition Class of 2016; Ronald E.
