DETURK ROUND BARN Nestled in the charming historic West End neighborhood, the stunning DeTurk Round Barn is among California’s oldest truly round buildings. Isaak DeTurk, one of the county’s first winery owners, built the barn in 1891 as a horse stable for his prize-winning stallion. A renovation in 2011 has brought this historic building into the current century.

The barn features hardwood floors with radiant heating, two redwood serving bars, small prep kitchen, elevator, audiovisual system, iPod dock with built-in surround sound, flat-screen televisions, Wi-Fi, lush rose garden, and lawn area.

CHURCH OF ONE TREE Located in downtown Santa Rosa and adjacent to beautiful Juilliard Park, this magnificent venue was built in 1873 from a single 275-foot-tall redwood tree. Restored in 2009, the church maintains much of its beautiful original structure, while boasting modern upgrades.

The church features exquisite stained-glass windows, cathedral ceiling, hardwood floors, unique lighting, Bose sound system, iPod dock, Wi-Fi, dressing room, neighboring park setting, and gorgeous encompassing redwood groves.

FINLEY COMMUNITY CENTER Finley Community Center has been designed with versatility as the central theme. This modern, multipurpose facility is a perfect location for a variety of events and gatherings and features a diverse array of spaces where you can bring your event to life.

This well-equipped space includes sprawling hardwood floors, sound system, theatrical stage lighting, and double door access to a beautiful outdoor courtyard. Full-service commercial kitchen, dressing rooms, restrooms, and lobby are immediately adjacent.

CAPACITY 300 theater-style, 250 banquet-style THE COURTYARD

A soothing granite water fountain with a sweet sculpture that depicts beloved Peanuts characters at the center creates the focal point of this serene and enclosed setting. Trees provide natural ambience and are dotted throughout. The space can be rented separately to host a beautiful outdoor event or in conjunction with another room.

PERSON SENIOR WING The Person Senior Wing is an expansive and elegantly designed 25,000-square-foot addition to the Finley Community Center, featuring several spacious, well-appointed rooms suitable for a variety of occasions.

AUDITORIUM

A beautiful space with massive windows that feature views of the surrounding park, hardwood floors, intricate wood detailing, small performance stage, and oversized double doors that open to a circular outdoor patio, the Auditorium also has direct access to a well-equipped catering kitchen. This is a perfect space for receptions and large social or business gatherings.

STEELE LANE COMMUNITY CENTER The Steele Lane Community Center boasts the Dohn Room, a large event space with hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling, performance stage, and adjacent lobby perfect for making the grand entrance. Other rooms include DeMeo, a spacious room perfect for parties or large meetings, and Room 6, which offers space for group meetings and trainings. A serving kitchen is immediately adjacent to the DeMeo Room.

BENNETT VALLEY CENTER Conveniently located near downtown Santa Rosa and the Sonoma County Fairgrounds, the Bennett Valley Center is host to a number of rooms available for rent. Both auditoriums are bright and spacious. The Nevada Room boasts a beautiful wood dance floor and a platform stage. The California Room features an art-deco theme, performance stage, and a gorgeous mural. Three additional smaller rooms are also available for reserving.
