Peace-Culture and Peace deal The surface of Earth may be fertile with her resources but the spirit of Earth will be fertile only if her children; the inmates live in harmony and peace. The whole global activities; economic, political, environmental, educational and others, are all uni-focused. Like agri, horti, flori, api and sericultures, they all are ‘Peace culture’ ventures in the field of Earth.. All of our various peace harvest tasks will be meaningful and fruitful only if there is ‘cultivation of and care for peace’. We ignore or violate peace-disciplines in the ‘cause’ stage but rigorously demand or expect peace in the ‘effect’. While engaging in activities like swimming and trekking, we ensure our fitness and equip ourselves with proper ‘suits’ and needed gadgets to make our tasks facile and effective. ‘Peace’ deal also needs fitness; strong mind, clear vision, sharp acumen and serene soul. Simplicity and concern make the perfect suit. Ability to ‘imbibe the vigor of great-minded’, ‘network with like-minded’ and touch, teach and transform the weak-minded are the major gadgets

Peacemaker Apart from the ‘pro-peace’ way of life that we lead by ourselves, ‘Peace cultivation’ can be more yielding only if we could inspire, initiate and insist our associates on the ‘peace-pattern of living’. These three ascending degrees of responsibility are awakened and active in a mature and cultured ‘human entity’ known as a ‘Peace Maker’. Peace community is a distinct being. Conventionally we see people with burning aspiration, fervor and dreams for becoming beneficiaries of all possible sources, beyond their means and deservingness. On the contrary, ‘Peace Makers’ submit their best to be the benefactors of all, trivializing or overruling their limits and defects. Survival struggle, competitive urge and defense traits prove humans as biological beings. But behaviours like share and support only qualify them as ‘social beings’. In brief, those who live ‘against and on others’ mark the inferior side of living being; asocial and wild, and those who could live ‘along with and for others’, form the dignified side; socially living being. Such dignified members are gifted with instincts such as sensitivity, concern, responsibility and moral accountability with which they are ever-engaged in analyzing mindsets, issues, solutions and welfare. Whenever the body is affected by antigens, the resistance or immunity mechanism creates antibodies to fight with intruders. Similarly, the planet, when inflicted with aliens such as selfishness, greed, neglect and hatred, which cause issues like exploitation, conflict, debilitation and unrest, produces numerous agents to fight these evils with the power of their service, struggle and sacrifice modes, depending upon the intensity of disorders and their impact. Our conscience responds to the planetary urge and need and stimulates us to charge ourselves and others to attend to the planet. It is the planetary duty of every peace-engineer to provide the sparks of ignition, direction and dynamism and incubate, clone and manufacture his helpers and heirs and thus enrich the ‘peace-dynasty and population’.

The Triad Empathy is the embryo from which ‘peace’ emanates and ‘commitment’ is the cradle of peace. ‘Peacemaking’ is not an emotional adventure but fine and magnificent emotions form the foundation blocks, which are further nourished and fructified by intelligence and spirituality. Empathy drives the ‘will’ to serve, intelligence designs the ‘way’ to serve and spirituality

steers and empowers both ‘will and way’ and fixes the ’win’. Absence, deficit and non-alignment problems in the emotional, intelligence and spirituality quotients of peace makers, are reasons behind ineffective peace missions.

Peace-a collective experience Health means the perfect order of all parts of the body; not that of a single organ. In the same way, peace is not an individual’s merit or experience. People can say that they are ‘satisfied or happy’ but nobody can sensibly claim amidst a peace-less society that they are peaceful. Peace is a social experience; and peace that springs inside a ‘peacemaking individual’ is also reflection of a broader society’s hope, action, process and experience. Peace is also a full-fledged and sustainable well-being that spreads to and illuminates every needy corner of the globe.

Peace-Struggle, Process and Success If we need to share or distribute something, we should have the same in our possession and it should be abundant and inexhaustible if we are targeting huge mass and sustainable impact. Logically it seems that the peace-activists or fighters should have peace in volumes in them. On the contrary, peace is brought only by those who suffered ‘along with’ or ‘for’ the needy seekers. A peace-warrior can never be totally free even if he achieves ‘Peace’, for he will be engrossed in the stability, sustainability and distribution of his gain. Struggles are of two types; auspicious and inauspicious. The former is a productive and beneficial one which is more relished with pride and demanded by the involvers. In ‘Peace warriors’, every bit of their agony and struggle will be converted into ‘patience, endurance and power to fight’. Latter is non-productive and could also disable morale, self-confidence and hope of living. A vibrant reliever’s agony and struggles are explosive outbursts of his inner tranquility and hence different from a struggler’s agony. Any instinct; appreciation, exploration, love, craving, quest or pain that emerges in the process of peacemaking and causes, drives and fructifies ‘peace action’, is only a ‘peace-instinct’ or manifestation of peace. Every small step that we take towards getting ‘peace’, brings peace closer to our brain, heart and hands, enhancing our understanding, feeling and performances.

Peace deal has three levels; enlightenment, establishment and experience. They are conducted by source, force and bliss of peace. In general, peace is more conceived in its experiential mode and thus the other two levels; serious and strenuous are not much visible in our consideration. The same bliss that blossoms from the experience of peace, is released as ‘finding’ and ‘fighting’ forces in the enlightenment and establishment stages. Peace can never be experienced without somebody’s study and struggles and for a committed peacemaker, study of and struggle for peace shower the same ‘bliss’ of fruits of peace. Peacemakers in spite of their voluminous pain and perplexities, also rejoice a sub-stream of peace; when they realize that they have taken the right track of life, they offer their level best and strive to maximize it and are hopeful of bringing peace.

Peace-genesis and dynasty Genuine urge, faith and vigor are the real parameters that decide the grade of one’s peace mission. Even the rate of success is immaterial. That is why peace warriors are honored and glorified in spite of their mission-failure and martyrdom, for ‘the level up to which they have successfully brought the mission’ and for ‘the phenomenal inspiration that they have provided for their comrades and successors to take the mission ahead towards triumph’. In ‘peacemaking’, there is no status-disparity between the modes and levels of contribution. Someone may offer a ‘thought’ spark, some may boost ‘faith and force’ by their words, some by their ‘field trials’ and some may bring everything to a conspicuous solid shape; the impact what we call as victory or peace. In a mission, its instigators, carriers and conductors, promoters and fructifiers need not be the same. Based on their capacity, circumstances, opportunities and reach, they could do their duty as a systematic or theme-centric team. Few are glorified as ‘achievers’ in peace mission, only as an effective harnesser of the spirit and action of numerous ‘un and little’ known visionaries and fighters and also a representative of the visible, invisible, living and victimized ‘task-team’. Any small but sincere and solid endeavor in the pursuit of ‘peace’ should not be belittled by assessments and comparison.

Global nature of Peace Peace mission may land on a specific locality, language, sect and section of the Earth and still it is global in sense. Bringing the power of peace in any part of the universe is a partial but vital global achievement. Revolutions in scientific, social, political and economic disciplines are also inter-connected. Mission may have limits and specifications but message conveyed by the mission to every peace seeker and maker, is infinite and all-inclusive. That message is universally adoptable by positive motivation, inspiration and customizations. Effulgence of peace from one successful zone can attune vision and vigor elsewhere and everywhere. Flames of terrorism can be extinguished only by this effulgence. Peace acquired by any ‘change, transformation and revolution’ is not guaranteed with ubiquity and eternity. Its permeation and perennial effect needs lots of clarity, perseverance and labor. Similarly, peace acquired needs to be preserved and protected from abuse and infection. Peace can be "preserved only by ‘peace conscious’, diligent and disciplined members" and "protected only by vigilant and dynamic beneficiaries". The greatest honour on Earth and service that we can offer to successful ‘Peace Champions’ are ‘preservation and protection of the value of the products that emerged from their sweat, blood and breath’, and extending the fruit of their arduous social work as experienceable welfare to the subjects of their mission. Neglecting their ‘wisdom and way’ and nullifying the impact of their efforts, is an inexcusable social sin and a silent ‘weapon of mass destruction’.

Peace-Award and Reward Every beneficial trait needs to be honoured and certainly ‘peace’, as the ‘superior benefit’ needs a befitting honour. But in every distinguished receiver, ‘awards’ indicate only ‘expectation of more future services and achievements’ rather than ‘appreciation of services and achievements completed’. There is no saturation or terminus for achievement. Every achievement denotes only ‘achievement of a stage’; a solid space where one could stand firmly and proceed to access his grand targets. If one’s achievements are not distributed and converted into benefits and reciprocated by the society as ‘social achievements’, their ‘valour’ will decay and will be reduced to the level of mere ‘glamour’. Valid social response for achievement is not only appreciation and celebrations but more

additional and elevated achievements by further action of the aspirant community. A real admirer of peace should serve as echo and reflex of the ‘voice and activism’ of the ‘peacemaker’. The best award on Earth and reward to a soul’s mission is “peace”; ability to bring and restore peace. All other awards are just meant for highlighting those prime ‘award and rewards’. All awardees of peace offer us an award ‘greater and livelier’ than what they received; 'their peace spirit’. While appreciating the award that they have been conferred, we should never miss the award that they offer to us. Great achievers are more surrounded by those who are allured by the fragrance of their fame and only few could harness and charge themselves with the ‘fervor and force of peace’ flowing from the achievers. Even the peace-achiever himself cannot know or estimate his potential unless and until smart and shrewd peace-seekers show him the volume and impact of his own potential through their solid reaction and action. Peace force from a ‘realized source’ opens or bombards the gates of ‘narrow view, cowardice and disbeliefs’; the three hindrances for peace-action and unleashes the treasury of our own infinite power and energy. Peace vision enables us to see our greater identity, feel the deeper current of global humanity passing ‘in, from and through’ us and sense our ‘wider responsibility’ mission. In brief, it is the mirror that reflects the image of our absolute identity and nature. We have numerous fascinating beauty models that glitter in fashion shows. In the ‘functional’ shows of the society we need more and more lustrous and motivational ‘peace models’. Their traits and trials are fuels for our inner search and research. We offer our hearty prayers for those ‘peace-giants’ and we wish that our ‘every moment and event’ with them; by thought, presence and association, should bestow on us ‘unfading memory and glories’.
