The Characters Who are they?

What’s their POV?

How do they interact?

Humor Through Human Nature •

Our characters personalities are to be shown through their Unique Reactions (How does this make A feel vs. B? and so on) Our characters ought to reflect the attributes that we value as a Great Place to Work The How We Run attributes serves as a good reference point for our characters POV This being said, we don’t want robots. Our characters have quirks and flaws as we all do, but we avoid characters that are rude, incompetent or a foil to those around them. EXAMPLE: Bugs Bunny was a character who by design was never allowed to initiate any confrontation
