Global Careers Site In 2016, SAP embarked on a second major redesign of our career site, this time to unite the different experiences on sap.com with our career site and better speak the language of our target audiences; students, recent graduates, and professionals of all nationalities, especially women. Redesign highlights: • Fully integrated into sap.com to help in search engine optimization and offer a better user experience • We really focused on making this site mobile friendly to allow for readability and immediate use. Plus, candidates can apply via mobile (Mobile Apply) • The “Event Finder” is evolving, but this feature offers candidates the ability to search for events (i.e. Talent Win, Career Fairs, Open Hours, Webinars, and more) in their region • The “People Finder” is also improving over the next few months, to allow candidate to meet SAP employees and learn more about topics that matter to them • “Recruiter Tips” and “Good-to-Know” hints provide personal tips on how to best navigate the recruiting process to deliver a seamless candidate experience • We created a “Who We Are Looking For” section that provides clear statements about ideal applicants to help candidates assess whether they would be a good fit. And we’re currently working on a rolling out a fit-assessment tool as well. • In the future, we’ll add a “Live Chat” functionality to the site, so that candidates can ask a real recruiter questions and get immediate answers, a huge change in the candidate experience • Syndication (content and language) for all countries can now be done from the Digital Platform services • Social integration of “Life at SAP” • The site is available in English and German.
