Introduction Welcome to the Employment Brand Team’s Menu of Services! The Menu provides an overview of the services our team utilizes to help you attract the best talent in the marketplace. You will work with a dedicated Brand Team member who will meet with you to understand your needs, and will then build a customized set of options to ensure you meet your goals on time and on budget.

Included: companies who have people with similar skill sets to those that SAP require, market insight, skills and talent availability and information on the competition and what they are doing to attract talent including diversity information *Provided by a third party agency

List Generation *A list of potential candidates provided by a market research agency. The regional sourcing hub then contacts the candidates and forwards on any who are qualified *This option requires regional sourcing hub’s approval that team has capacity to perform the follow-up work

List Generation and Candidate Approach *Third party agency is contracted to both generate candidates and perform all appropriate profiling, cultural fit assessments and prescreening before sending to the SAP Sourcer *Price will increase if sourcing is required for more than 1 country or more than the specific number of roles *Candidates are delivered over the course of 3 months
