Introduction Welcome to the Employment Brand Team’s Menu of Services! The Menu provides an overview of the services our team utilizes to help you attract the best talent in the marketplace. You will work with a dedicated Brand Team member who will meet with you to understand your needs, and will then build a customized set of options to ensure you meet your goals on time and on budget.

• Third party agency is contracted to both generate candidates and perform all appropriate profiling, cultural fit assessments and prescreening before sending to the SAP Sourcer

Creative Media team will recommend which social channels are best suited for the initiative • Content examples: video, blog, online post (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) • External and internal channel examples: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, Weibo, YouTube, Twitter, Glassdoor, blogs, local and regional channels, Careers Website (employee testimonials, job spotlight), employee contests, internal referral campaigns Sponsored Social Media Post/Advertisement • To reach a wider audience and to target posts to a specific audience, Creative Media Team offers Sponsored Posts, which allow your post to be seen by more people, specifically people who may not follow Life at SAP

• Can target audience by age range, location (city, country), university, gender, followers of other pages (ie competitors), and interests Social Job Sharing • Creative Media Team offers a job sharing tool that allows employees to share jobs on any of 3 social channels (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Filter jobs shared by location, job function, or specific job requisition. Users customize how often to share jobs • Hiring Managers and their teams can use this tool to share the jobs for their hiring initiative to gain better exposure • "Social Job Sharing Training Sessions available upon request. • Video tutorials, PowerPoint slides, and FAQs are available on Employer Brand JAM for self service.

• Localization can only be executed for all country sites supported by the corporate website environment • If localization includes translation the required budget needs to be provided by the local teams.
