MEMBERSHIP PACK TEXT INTRO The Common Room does not aim to run a service for members ‐ but instead it aims to design processes that open opportunities for the members to create The Common Room together. Whether you have become a member because you have a project in mind, or one brewing or you’d just like to be apart of something different, creative and cooperative, this pack will explain the role of being a Founding Member of The Common Room. Through creating activities and projects that have real value for one another ‐ and for the surrounding community ‐ The Common Room’s aim is to be co‐designed, co‐created and co‐owned. A key element of making this happen is Founding Members’ role as Member Hosts. MEMBER HOSTS As a Member Host you will be enabling activities and projects to take place by being present in the church during its use, representing The Common Room, overseeing the use of the space and reporting any issues.
