1. To celebrate af ter their 4-0 win, the triumphant girls varisty team embraces in a group hug. This game against their league rivals Olivet on April 15 marked the first win of the season for the team.

While dribbling down the field, Alexis Rober ts 10 ends up shoulder to shoulder with a rival player from Lakewood. This JV game ended with a close loss of 0-1.

With a swif t kick, Danielle Sidebottom 12 sends the ball down back the field and toward an eventual 8-0 win against Maple Valley. “I’m excited that we did so well,” Sidebottom said. “It was a real confidence boost to mercy them. We felt like we had a good chance to win, but we didn’t expect to do this good.”

Do it again. As a long time soccer player, Alex Eiebler 11 kicks with experience at the varsity teams game against Adrian. “Soccer plays a huge role in my life. It’s pretty much all I do. I’ve played it since 3rd grade and I want to go on to play it in college,” Eiebler said. This par ticular game took place April 24 and ended in a loss of 2-3.

April 24 Striding down the field, Hana Allen 10 fights to make it past an opposing team member from Adrian. This specific game ended with a loss of 0-6 for the JV girls team.
May 4 While some games have a tight score, this game at Maple Valley was not one of them. The varsity team blew past the defenses to rack up a win of 13-0 that ended the game at halftime. A wide range of players
made the goals, one of them was freshman Shelby Hall. “I felt really excited to score two goals for my team and it was great to win,” Hall said. “However, I felt bad for the other team because I’m pretty sure they were all new.”
