HOW I Design 1. EXPLORE Project scope and aligning the team. 2. OBSERVE Stakeholders understanding through ethnographic techniques such as in-depth observation, research, etc.
3. DEFINE Design challenge definition through the analysis of previously gathered insights.
4. IDEATE Improved idea generation and prioritization for identified opportunities through co-creative techniques.
5. PROTOTYPE Iterative prototyping phase involving the creation, measurement, and validation of Minimum Viable Products (MVP’s).
6. DEVELOP Sustainable solution development encompassing ecological, economic, technical, and social aspects.

I design and manage projects using Agile methodology to ensure they align with the company’s goals. My approach emphasizes adaptability, collaboration, and iterative progress, enabling projects to evolve and deliver value efficiently and effectively.
As an architect, designer, strategist, and innovator, Strategic design involves mission-driven projects that anticipate and adapt to users’ future needs. This approach includes crafting roadmaps and KPI’s that drive meaningful change.
Design Methodology and mindset related to academic projects focus on creating workshops and sessions where participants acquire knowledge and practical skills in design.
