La pasta alimentare è denominata Pasta di semola di grano duro se ottenuta dalla trafilazione, laminazione e conseguente essiccamento di impasti preparati con semola di grano duro e acqua.

Nella formazione dell’impasto non vengono aggiunte sostanze coloranti nÊ conservanti.

Questo tipo di farina utilizzata permette di tenere la cottura, a differenza di quanto succede con le paste di grano tenero.

Durum wheat pasta is called as such when obtained via the extrusion, rolling and subsequent drying of dough prepared with durum wheat and water.

In the preparation of the dough only durum wheat is utilised and no other colouring agents or preservatives are added.

The utilisation of this type of flour ensures perfect cooking, as opposed to possible overcooking when soft wheat flour is utilised.

Si consiglia di mantenere il prodotto in ambiente secco a temperatura non inferiore ai 15°C e lontano da qualsiasi odore particolare. In altri modi avremmo un caffè espresso sgradevole, pallido poco persistente e senza crema. Questa speciale confezione garantisce nel tempo il prodotto integro, profumato e gonfio d’aroma nel tempo. La riuscita di un buon caffè dipende anche dall’uso e dallo stato delle attrezzature.
