YPN Realtors ® to Watch

At the beginning of 2020, the YPN Committee decided we wanted to do something new this year to recognize some of the amazing young Realtors® we have in our association, and the “Realtors® to Watch” initiative was born.

RECOGNIZING OUR LEADERS We really wanted to find a way to bring recognition to those Realtors® in our community that have excelled and have found new and innovative ways to serve their clients. As you can imagine, for a brief moment earlier this year, we thought that this plan would need to be tabled and revised in 2021, but as you all know, the real estate market in our area has not slowed down! We are proud to announce that we received over 20 exceptional applicants this year and have selected 5 Realtors® to Watch Under 40. The committee selected these Realtors® based on a number of factors, their production and number of deals individually closed in 2019 and closed year to date in 2020, their certifications, and their involvement in the community. I know I speak on behalf of the entire committee when I say that we were blown away (but not surprised) by everything the Realtors® in our community are accomplishing year over year. We wanted to highlight Realtors® that are engaged in the community both within, and outside of the association, while getting results for their clients.

CONTINUING THE PROGRAM

Our hope for this program over the coming years is to grow the number of Realtors® that participate. We want to continue to recognize all of the outstanding Realtors® in the community and highlight the ways in which each member of our Association is improving our community and association.

Our goal is to be able to recognize the young leaders in our community each year and to showcase their success and goals for the future of real estate in Sarasota and Manatee Counties.
