POUND® is a full-body cardio and conditioning class that gives you permission to rock using weighted exercise drumsticks. RIDE THE RHYTHM (CYCLE) *
YOGA * Yoga works towards stress reduction, relaxation and increased range of motion in all major muscle groups while enhancing strength and flexibility. ZUMBA® * Using your own body weight, you will gain muscular endurance, tone, and definition. ZUMBA® GOLD Zumba® Gold is a class for beginners. The class strives to improve balance, flexibility and cardiovascular strength. Drop-In Classes are for Adults 16+ * Ages 14-15 can take class after completion of Kroc I.E.
In this class you will use cadence ladders and great music to improve your cardiovascular and muscular endurance and their ability to maintain a specific cadence over a period of time.

FITNESS EVALUATION - Mem FREE, Non $60/session This evaluation consists of core strength, endurance & flexibility, body composition analysis and blood pressure. You will receive an individual consultation explaining your results, what they mean, and help you set fitness goals.
Preva Precor, Inc. - The app. is free on iPhone and Android. Once you set up an account and log in on a Precor machine in the Kroc Center you will be able to track your progress, set goals and participate in future incentives and competitions.
BALANCE ASSESSMENT - Mem FREE, Non $5/session (+ day pass fee). If you have difficulty with balance or are looking to maintain good balance, we offer ways to strengthen balance at any age. The results from this assessment will give our staff information to suggest programs that will be beneficial for you to utilize. Encouraged for older adults, ages 50+ FITNESSGRAM® TESTING - Mem FREE, Non $5/session (+ day pass fee). This national standard computerized system can track your progress in reducing you or your child’s body weight, and results can be taken to your physician to assist in monitoring any weight-related health issues.
For Members Only EQUIPMENT ORIENTATION A complimentary appointment, one-on-one with someone from our fitness staff. Learn to use the equipment for both strength and cardiovascular training. Our staff will also suggest modifications or any physical limitations you might need for safety. For ages 16+. Follow-up - This appointment can be made six (6) weeks after your initial orientation. For ages 16+ or youth ages 10-15 who have successfully completed Kroc Teen I.E. (pg 5).

Expresso Bikes - Create an account using your phone number and adding a 4 digit password finish the registration process. Look for upcoming challenges and incentive programs starting January 2018 that could involve racing against other countries, states or fitness facilities here locally in the Omaha area. Cybex Strength, Inc. - Download this app. on your mobile device and use the QR codes on the Eagle NX or Prestige VRS of strength training machines to get free demos of how to use the machine with proper form and get free fitness tips. Cybex Bravo Workout Guide – this app. will provide you with different exercises and the proper positioning of the guide rods to give you perfect form for your height. KrocFit App. - gain all the benefits reaching, maintaining and tracking your heart rate. The Accuro Heart Rate Monitors can provide you with the ability to reach your desired health & fitness goals. You can either purchase or rent HRM (Heart Rate Monitors) from the fitness desk. Heart Rate Training (HRM) - are available at the fitness desk! Your first rental will be $15 which includes the monitor and a chest strap. The HRM will required a driver’s license or photo ID that will be held until the monitor is returned to the fitness desk at the end of your workout. The chest strap is yours to keep for personal use each time you rent a HRM. Additional rental of a HRM will be $5.00 per visit. Purchase HRM - at the Fitness Desk.

WEIGHT...THERE'S MORE!
A whole new series of classes coming to your Kroc Center using the Escape Octagon providing a full range of functional training experiences! With classes focusing on body conditioning, cross training and athletic based training we will have something for every “body”. When members move from conventional and weight machines into functional training you will notice the difference in virtually minutes. The biggest change will be in the “fun” factor of the process. Whether you sign up for a small group or private personal training session you will be surprised at how different this type of training will affect your overall Health & Fitness goals.
You will be challenged by an experienced instructor to sculpt your body using barbells. This class is limited to 12 people.

KROC TEEN I.E.
(Coordinated Approach to Child Health) We all want our kids to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Our commitment to making a difference in educating kids on the importance of a healthy lifestyle is made stronger through programs such as C.A.T.C.H.®. Designed and proven to coordinate healthy messages, change behaviors, increase physical activity and influence a child’s choices through effective and fun activities. Segments of these classes will include both nutrition and physical fitness activities.
This 4-week class is designed to introduce teens to strength training and cardio. Teens will get proper instructions on how to safely use the equipment, and learn the importance of exercise form. FitnessGram testing will track progress. Teens that successfully complete the program will receive a T-shirt and special permission to use the Fitness Deck. FitnessgGram Testing must be taken every 3 months to continue use of deck.

Taekwondo Kicking Tigers Taekwondo Taught as a progressive series, attendance for each class is recommended to ensure advancement to the next class level. Pre-registration is required. Classes are subject to cancellation or change due to low enrollment. If you’ve enrolled, the Kroc Center encourages you to invite your friends to sign-up too!
TAEKWONDO TESTING
KICKING TIGERS TAEKWONDO • Level 1*
Little and Kicking Tigers who wish to move up to the next level must first pass the required testing to advance. Present an invitation to the Welcome desk provided by your Taekwondo instructor to sign up for the scheduled Friday testing of your choice. Upon passing you will receive a new belt and certificate of completion approximately 2 weeks following the testing date. Registration for testing is required and must be made 3 days prior to the testing date.
Our goal is to lead our youth in developing values of respect along with alternatives to violence in a positive manner. Learn a variety of techniques, including blocks, strikes, evasions and throws but with discipline. Family members are encouraged to participate together!
