Introduction A Sunflower is a type of flower that is very tall. They are named after the sun because the petals are bright as a Sun. And did you now that you could eat Sunflower seeds? And with the Sunflower seeds you can also plant it again! And a Sunflower height is 1 to 3 meter. The color is yellow and Sunflowers bloom from late Summer to Fall.

Sunny Sunflower seeds Growing a Sunflower is not an easy job. They are pretty but not easy to grow. The chapter called Sunflower seeds tells you how to plant a Sunflower . First to plant a Sunflower you have to buy a Sunflower seed. Or if you have any Sunflower seeds at home please use them. You can buy Sunflower seeds at the flower market, borrow from a friend or any place you can think of. Now go to your garden (if you have a pot fill the pot with wet dirt). Now make a hole inside the dirt and put 1 seed inside the hole. Then cover the hole with wet dirt then pat the place where you just put the seed but you have to pat very gently.

Roots This is the chapter called roots and it tells you about roots and how much the root grew day by day. And it also tells you how much times you should water your Sunflower.

First go to your garden. Did you know that a root is growing under the dirt?! That means it started to germinate that means the root grew. And also your Sunflower has to be watered once a week.

A thick stem This chapter is called stems. A stem is a very thick thing that holds the flower. And also this chapter tells you how important a stem is. And if you don’t know how a stem look like I know that there is a picture but if you can’t see it clearly I’ll describe it for you a it looks like a green straw!. And the chapter diagram of a Sunflower tells you more how important stems are.

Diagram of a Sunflower This chapter is called diagram of a Sunflower. Every flower has 4 different parts. They are roots, stem, flower, and leave.

So I’ll tell you witch part does what. So when you water your Sunflower the water drips down to the soil and under the soil their is the root. And the root delivers the water way up to the flower.

A stem is a very thick thing that holds the pretty flower. And the stem helps the root soak up the water. And the before the water goes to the flower it goes the stem and then the stem delivers the water to the flower and it also works like a giant straw!

The flower really doesn’t do many jobs it only does 3 jobs. So the first job the flower does is drinking water. And the second one is getting sunshine. The third one is growing And the last part is the leaves. The leaves make food for the flower to grow. And also the leaves helps the flower by covering the bad bugs so the flower can grow
