Album “Rootenica” is a self-released album from 2005., under a name “Paradox”. Album was played on acoustic instruments and all songs were written by Saša Paljenkaš.
Lyrics dates from a various periods. Some were written at the end of 90’s, some around 2003/2004.. some between…
This is a written part of that album.

LIES Lies, lies you think it's all about lies instead you criticize, why don't you realize?! Fight, fight you think it's all about fight, but who can judge, who got that right?! From inside of your thoughts, your breaths release negativities and join your hands, open minded and with faith all vices will gone, gone with hate.

BIRTH, LIFE, DEATH… When you die you’ll feel alone, You’ll never be alone!

If you want me to kiss your lips, then you got to let me to! If you want my hands on you than that’s what I will do!
But first give clear sign to me, sign that means what it means, ’cause your soul and you body are maybe not for me!

I choke in my sleep ’cause you’re in my dream! I choke when I’m woken and when I’m woken – I’m broken! Nothing helps, ’cause you’re not with me and I feel empty and silly. You don’t know about my agony, but that agony is killing me: ’cause you’re maybe not for me!

CHILD IN TIME1 Our bodies lies like a mummies, souls explore empty spaces. Generations of hybrid offspring’s are coming, out of our ashes they arising!
Our sculls that we left them to warn, to remind, to educate, put smiles on their faces, ‘cause they make great sound when they crash them! 1

Deformed child take a new step don’t stop on your way to create a new breed – - just release the seed! … and soon your son will make a gun, thousands years will pass and blood will flow the grass!

Our mommies lies like a mummies, our daddies lies like a mummies, is it tragedy for the universe? Who cares, we’ve died by our own curst!
Never humans, always zombies, brain’s not brain, it’s anomaly! Their future is same as ours, just need “leader” to roll the dice!

BIRD IN A CAGE Your eyes sparkle in a dark your head lies on a ground. You wanted to be free, to be free like a bird.
Now you’re free like a bird, but you are bird in a cage! Your eyes sparkle in a dark, your head lies on a ground. From that spot only a silence is tearing a dark! You wanted to be free to be free like a bird!
