HOST FAMILY FLOW
WHY DO WE NEED HOST FAMILY? AIESEC gives you the opportunity to host our interns from different countries. It allows the hosting of AIESEC volunteer from abroad in your house for a period from 2 to 6 weeks. By this we provide our inters with even better experience, as living with a host family gives them better home conditions, real “foreign family�, meeting Ukrainian traditions and culture even closer and get better understanding of Ukraine itself.
OUR TARGET AUDIENCE Target audience can be very different, but most probably it is parents, who wants their kids to have English practice and get some cultural exchange. Less probably, but it can be students, who rent an apartment or just young people who wants also to practice English, make new friends, learn about new culture etc.
WHERE TO FIND? Possible places to find host families: - Schools; - Kids centers (musical, dancing, art schools) - Family events (charity bazaars, fairs etc.) - Universities (as some students live with parents);

Contact them (check if it’s still accurate for them, tell about all conditions etc.)
Collect feedbacks and other materials and keep in touch for future partnership
Also you can create a mailing for host families to keep in touch with them even when they are not currently involved
Keep in touch thought all of the experience
Have a meeting and discuss all the conditions and expectations
Sign the agreement, if everything is ok
