Training instruction will pertain to administrative, operational, and sales/marketing matters; it will also include a liberal amount of on-the-job training.
In addition, an experienced trainer from We Buy Houses Guy will provide on-site training for a period of three days to assist the franchisee in the commencement of operations. The onsite training will happen after the franchisee has opened their business and will primarily involve the franchisor coming to the territory to market and meet with initial potential clients for franchisee’s business.
