We are constantly coming up with different themes. In the past,Karaikudi food festival, Kerala food festival,Andhra food festival etc. was a hit and the recent highlight is the Madurai Food festival. To commemorate the event, food specialties which belong to their roots like Madurai biriyani, Madurai kozhikozhambu,Kothuparatta, Karupattipaniyaram, Jigarthanda

Our team stayed in Madurai for a couple of days so as to bring the same flavor and aromawhile preparing it, back in Chennai.The next in the pipeline is street food and a lot of surprising elements will be added to it. People are acknowledging the efforts made by the hotel andthey are treated to an incredible array of good food.Birthday parties, get together, meetings etc. are taking place regularly. People are embracing the new choice of different cuisines and that is why, we organize food festivals which is aimed at promoting different special dishes that belongs to different regions of the country. Periodically, even the regular guests are looking for different foodoptions and are willing to pick out new dishes. About the new trends, Kalathinathan says,olden recipes are giving a comeback even in the top notch restaurants. Millet based food items are outdoing the other dishes in the present.When I travel to other cities, I witness people making Kambudosa, Raggidosa andRaggiupma etc.

and now, they are constructing the fourth one in Salem. The group is also planning to expand their presence globally in China, Malaysia and Singapore.

Biriyani is our style and many people swear by them which are usually moderate with the right mix. The best part is that we even have midnight biriyani. The restaurant is also famous for its Kebabas like Chicken kebab, Mutton kebab and Fish varieties that is regularly served for lunch and dinner. People at all age groups are thronging to our hotel and thus, weare trying to cater to the needs of different people by continuously modifying our food items.
