ascent of a real estate leader As a developer since 1996, Andrew Saunders has conceptualized, masterfully built, financed, and sold many “south of the highway” estates in the Hamptons. He is known for his ability to match the right concept in the right location at the right time with the right buyer. He joined Sotheby’s International Realty in 2001 and quickly rose to become one of their top brokers nationwide, and in 2007 was ranked #43 of all brokers in the United States by The Wall Street Journal.
