As a developer since 1996, Andrew Saunders has conceptualized, masterfully built, financed, and sold many South of the Highway estates in the Hamptons. He is known for his ability to connect the right concept in the right location at the right time with the right buyer.
Saunders realized that his skills as a developer were synergistic with many of the qualities of a successful luxury real estate agent. Romaine was born and raised on Nantucket Island in Massachusetts. After graduating from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst with a degree in business and marketing, she spent time traveling in the US and abroad, lived in San Diego, CA, Breckenridge CO, and spent many years living on St. Thomas & St. John, US Virgin Islands before finally settling in the Hamptons 18 years ago.
Prior to becoming involved in real estate, Romaine was an owner/partner in a decorating & design firm with a home base in Bridgehampton NY and worked on projects up and down the East Coast. The company participated in multiple Hamptons showhouses as well as a showhouse in Greenwich, CT where her own line of custom designed fabrics were featured.
Having designed and served as general contractor for her own East Hampton home as well as having worked with architects, builders and tradespeople during the design and construction phase of her clients’ projects, Romaine is well versed in the process of building new or renovating older homes.
Because the nature of her decorating & design business allowed her to be involved in all aspects of a project from concept to completion, from helping to design floor and electrical plans to choosing paint colors, hardware, faucets, fixtures, granite, tiles, furniture and fabrics, Romaine now boasts a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise acquired through time and experience. As a direct result, she now possesses the invaluable skill of being adept at helping others to envision the potential in any property that they may be considering.

Each year we hold a Thanksgiving Food Drive in all of our offices, during which our staff and agents collect thousands of nonperishable food items that we donate to local food pantries. Theresa Quigley, Esq. is our Executive Managing Director and General Counsel. An East Hampton native, Theresa has been a practicing attorney for over 30 years in NYC and the Hamptons. Theresa is a highly respected professional and served as Deputy Supervisor for East Hampton Town from 2010-2013. She worked for 15 years at the firm Farrell Fritz resolving real estate, tax, estate planning, corporate, and environmental issues.
Among her services, Theresa directly assists our agents with zoning analysis, structuring transactions, and negotiating deals; and also interfaces with local government officials, surveyors, title companies, environmental engineers, house inspectors, and lenders in an effort to move our transactions forward.
