Having summered in the Hamptons for 40 years and lived in East Hampton full-time with her husband and daughter for the past two-plus decades, she is intimately familiar with all the different hamlets from Westhampton out east to Montauk.

Originally from Forest Hills, NY, Wendy has lived in many other places including California, Maryland, Indiana, Florida, New Jersey, Manhattan, and her favorite place of all, the Hamptons. She is a graduate of the University of Maryland, then went on to complete her Master’s Degree in Personnel Services and Counseling at Fordham University. Wendy previously worked as a teacher in NJ public schools and Manhattan private schools. Her educational approach to real estate is greatly valued by her clients, who rely on the best information to make the right lifestyle and investment decisions.

Wendy never tires of the natural beauty and diverse offerings of Long Island’s special East End. Each year we hold a Thanksgiving Food Drive in all of our offices, during which our staff and agents collect thousands of nonperishable food items that we donate to local food pantries. Over the last 5 years, these drives have raised over $250,000 for local Hamptons charities. Theresa is a highly respected professional and served as Deputy Supervisor for East Hampton Town from 2010-2013. She worked for 15 years at the firm Farrell Fritz resolving real estate, tax, estate planning, corporate, and environmental issues.
