Week 13 – Photoshop and InDesign
I then selected a building I like, and right clicked and selected inverse. This allows me to alter the surrounding image without altering the area I have selected. I then change the hue/saturation showing the contrast.
I took a panorama image of some buildings, I then uploaded this to photoshop.
After I manipulated my image on Photoshop, I opened up Indesign and set up my page. I set the page to A3 size as I felt this would best fit my work.
I then produced a number of pages, each one will contain something different in due time.
I then clicked at the top where it says pages, and selected Master, this then takes you to the last page where I decided to create my own icon for my name. Although this is very simple, I will create an official and change the original one.
After that, I decided to upload the images I created on Photoshop to Indesign. However to insert an image on to Indesign, you have to use the place tool.
I realised that the layout of my page was wrong, so I corrected the fault I made and rescaled my images, the original and the manipulated one.
I decided to create a viewport on InDesign and place the same image in, but a close up image which shows more details.
After looking at Indesign, I decided to find cad drawings of furniture that I liked. I then opened them up in AutoCad.
However before I can import them into Indesign, I have to change the scale, so I then changed the scale to 1000, will be the right size.
