Registration Modifications: Transfers made one week before event date will incur a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations received less than one week before the event forfeit the materials and entire registration fee. Substitutions are accepted up to four business days before the event and are subject to fee adjustments based on membership status of substitute. No shows forfeit the materials and entire registration fee. Refunds, transfers, substitutions and cancellations are not accepted after eMaterials are uploaded to the web site. Firm Discount: Register five or more people from the same firm at the same time and receive a $15 discount per registrant.
