Procedure:

PRECIOSA Drops (D) 311 11 001; 8/0; 10110 topaz; 25 g

Step 1: Mix all the types of D.

PRECIOSA Drops – Extra (D) 321 91 001; 3.5 × 3.9; 68106 gilded; 50g PRECIOSA Rocailles (R) 331 19 001; 8/0; 68106 gilded; 50 g - large 4-row hanger; an adjusting chain; 5 mm and 8 mm rings; carabiner; a metal crimp rocaille (CR)

11.

Step 2: First create the individual „ribs“. The central one is the longest. They get smaller in the direction towards the hangers, at the same length and amount on the right and left side. 1x – 20 cm, 2x – 19, 18, 17, 16, 15, 14, 13, 12 and 11 cm and 12x – 10 cm (fig. no. 1 + 2). Cut off about a wire which is about about 10 cm longer than the final length of the „rib“. String 1x CR and several D. Thread the wire through all of the strung D, with the exception of the last one. Tighten and crimp the CR. Shorten the shorter end of the line by about 2 cm (fig. no. 3 + 4). String almost all the D for the entire length of the „rib“ (fig. nos. 5 + 6 ). Then string 1x KR. Additionally string the remaining D. Creater a peak from the last D. Thread the wire through about 10x D and the CR one more time (fig. no. 8). Crimp the CR. Cut off any excess wire (fig. no. 9).

Step 3: Arrange the „ribs“ by size. The 20 cm rib in the middle down to one each of the 11 cm ribs on the right and the left. At the end, 6x 10 cm ribs on each side (fig. nos. 1 + 2 ). 1. 10 cm

Step 5: Attaching the „ribs“ to the wire. From the rear of the „ribs“. String 1x R. Create a loop in the wire and thread it through again. Insert a „rib“ into the loop and tighten (fig. no. 12 + 13). 12.

13.

Step 6: The first and last gaps between the „ribs“. String 1x R, 1x CR and 2x R onto the wire. Once the entire range is finished, lead the short end of the wire above the R at the first „rib“, and thread it through the R and CR. Tighten. Crimp the CR. Cut off any excess (fig. no. 14). 14.

Step 8: The second row. Twist the „ribs“ about 3 cm from the top, 1 cm from the first row. All the gaps consist of 4x R (fig. nos. 1 + 2). Step 9: The third row. Twist the „ribs“ about 4 cm from the top, 1 cm from the second row. The gaps usually consist of 5x R. The six medial gaps consists of 4x R (fig. nos. 1 + 2). Step 10: The fourth row. Twist the „ribs“ about 5 cm from the top, 1 cm from the third row. The six medial gaps consist of 4x R. The 4th and 5th from the centre consists of 5x R. The 2nd and 3rd gaps from the hanger consist of 5x R. The 6th gap from the centre up to the 4th from the hanger consists of 6x R (fig. nos. 1 + 2). Step 11: Lie the finished necklace on its face side (fig. no. 17). Attach the carabiner to the eye on the left-hand hanger (fig. no. 18). Cut off about 7 cm of adjusting chain. Decorate one end with a ring with 3x D. Connect the second end to the right-hand hanger (fig. no. 19).

Step 7: The first row. Start twisting the „ribs“ about 2 cm from the top. The gaps between them usually consist of 4x R. The six central gaps consist of 5x R (fig. nos. 15 + 16), (fig. nos. 1 + 2). 15.
