Years of experience: 31 Previous titles with your company: Correction Officer, Corporal, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. Previous employment: Security Guard at the Villa Roma. Favorite part of your job: I enjoy investigating and defending federal complaints filed by inmates. Since taking over as Jail Administrator in 2005 I have worked closely with two of Sullivan County’s finest attorneys, Sam Yasgur and Michael Davidoff. We have successfully defended the Sher-

Most challenging part of your job: The most challenging part of the job is being able to continue to run a facility that is over 100 years old and stay in compliance with the requirements of New York State Minimum Standards. In order to accomplish the daily requirements of a correctional facility the staff must continually “think outside of the box.” Thankfully, Sheriff Mike Schiff and I have a professional staff that is capable of accomplishing our goals and mission.
