One of the first ARC Industry Transformation Research Grants, this research hub is focused on growing and transforming the Australian Food Industry through export across Asia, by collaborating to build and apply new innovations and capabilities.

Multi Disciplinary Integrative Research to Solve Problems Gain insights to unlock Asian consumer behaviour and market levers, and inform innovation in ingredient use, consumer experience, product design and packaging and their impact on the supply chain. These insights will advance the positioning of Australia as a premium brand creator and lead to a sustained competitive advantage.
