The blockbuster film that is Titanic is set to return to the big screen and this time you can Experience it like never before in 3D. Titanic is an epic, action-packed romance set against the ill-fated maiden voyage of the R.M.S. Titanic, the pride and joy of the White Star Line and, at the time,

the largest moving object ever built. She was the most luxurious liner of her era -- the ship of dreams -- which ultimately carried over 1,500 people to their death in the ice cold waters of the North Atlantic in the early hours of April 15, 1912.

Loose Women’s, Andrea McLean, is much loved for her bubbly, warm personality. But her life has seen its share of heartache, as well as love and happiness, and now she’s finally ready to tell the full story. She takes us from a childhood spent constantly on the move, leaving her feeling like an outsider, to landing a dream job as a weathergirl on GMTV. She describes the tough lessons she had to learn to survive in TV and her hilarious - and sometimes disastrous - encounters with celebrities as a showbiz reporter. She reveals how she pushed herself to be the perfect daughter, the perfect wife and mother - so when she had an affair that ended her first marriage, the guilt and self-loathing drove her shockingly close to a breakdown. It was only as she came to see that making a mess of things doesn’t mean you are wicked that she was able to forgive herself and find love again with her second husband, Steve. Warm, funny and moving, this honest memoir shows a new side to Andrea - one that women everywhere will understand. Confessions of a Good Girl: My Story available from Waterstones £16.99

espite all my years as an estate agent it continues to amaze me how seemingly casual some people are about the single biggest invest meant they’re ever likely to make – the purchase of their home. or, conversely, the single biggest financial transaction they’re likely to undertake – the sale of their property. they will have considered the basics. house or apartment? how many bedrooms? period property or new home? and location, of course. but how much thought has gone into the appointment of an estate agent to whom they will entrust this momentous undertaking?

consider for a moment. you’re in the market for a decent car, for many of us the second largest capital sum we’re likely to spend. so where do you go? the authorised dealer who will provide you with a comprehensive pre and post-sales service? or the Johnnycome-lately running his business from what was formerly a car wash and which, come october, will have changed hands yet again, this time serving as a temporary retail outlet for fireworks?

For most of us it’s a no brainer; the reputable dealer wins hands down. so why on earth wouldn’t you equally well consider whether the estate agency chain, with offices in china and chichester – as well as chigwell, of course – or the rather more ‘boutique’ approach provided by businesses such as my own, is more likely to deliver meaningful results? i’m biased, i agree. but i’d back my own hands-on service against the impersonal, anonymous methods employed by those described above. after all, are those potential buyers for your home so few in number and so geographically scattered that the net needs to be cast so wide? or is your sale more likely to come from an agent with a ready-made clientele, who has a deep and intimate knowledge of local market conditions, who will personally conduct accompanied viewings seven days a week – yes, seven days a week – and who will look after you personally every step of the way. and just because i favour the personal service that the boutique approach personifies, that’s not to say that this does not embrace all the heavyweight sales and marketing activities that the estate agency ‘supermarkets’ employ.

it’s this approach that helps explain why my company has taken on the established and very much larger estate agents and is beating them at their own game. we are regularly achieving full asking price for high end properties, and have found homes for a number of premiership footballers who have moved into the area. i work seven days a week, which is tough, but it’s paying off. i have a network of people supporting what i do and encouraging me to continue. they say how happy they are with the service i provide and that means a lot. i often put my work before myself and people who run their own business will understand the sacrifices that entails. so – if your preference is more bespoke than ready-to-wear, more boutique than department store chain – i’d be more than happy to discuss your requirements. whether selling, buying, letting or renting, give me a call for a no-obligation consultation.

e have all seen the adverts on tv about digital switch over but what does it really mean? on the 4th, april 2012, london is going digital. the existing analogue tv signal will be switched off and replaced with a new, stronger digital tv signal. it will mean that almost everyone will be able to receive digital tv through an aerial (Freeview). digital tv also uses less broadcast space which means that after switchover, there will be more room for new services such as wireless broadband, local tv and high definition television (hdtv). to keep your tv service, you will need to convert your tvs to digital before your area’s switchover date. however, this will mean you will have a separate box plugged into your existing tv set and you will require another remote control. at rgb they pride themselves on service and helping their customers every step of the way towards purchasing their new tv. the majority of people like things simple and don’t like the idea of two separate remote controls for their television. this is why all sets at rgb are fully digital ready and only require one remote control. on selected tv sets, you can also receive high definition channels

through your aerial free of charge. this allows the user to view crystal clear high definition pictures all through their normal aerial. the multi award winning rgb stores have a great range on display ready for demonstration. ranging from the frameless samsung led tv’s to the sony built in wifi tv, which allows you to access internet services such as you tube, bbc iplayer, music tv, and love film. with the digital switch over only around the corner, rgb have an amazing “digital switch over sale”, which includes the samsung 22” led tv for an unbelievable £164.00. if you are unsure about you current tv, why not visit one of rgb’s stores and ask the experts for some free and impartial advice? the rgb team are fully trained and committed to make sure you are satisfied with choosing the right tv for you. “many people do not fully understand what digital switch over is and are not sure if their tv is compatible. having two remote controls can also be very confusing for many people. “this is why i would recommend to a visit a rgb store to confirm your decision”, says director, dennis digwa.

Master Words by Danielle Pomerance

Best known for their roles as judges on BBC’s Masterchef and Celebrity Masterchef John Torode and Gregg Wallace took time out of their busy schedules to speak directly to Scene giving us an insight into their lives and backgrounds, what 2012 has to hold for them and BBC’s Good Food Show that is to be held in Bluewater, Kent this April.

ohn torode and gregg wallace have become household names and faces through their years co-presenting the popular masterchef programme and are now influential figures in the uk’s culinary circuit. now in their 8th series, the phenomenal success of the show has sent the masterchef brand global with countries such as australia, india and israel, to name but a few, now hosting their own versions of masterchef, inspired by the uk’s format. John torode grew up in australia and moved to the uk in 1990. beginning his british television career in 1996 he spent 4 years as the chef on itv’s, this morning, serving up his culinary creations to the nation. opening his first restaurant in 2000, smiths of smithfield quickly became a successful fixture of the london food and bar scene with its fantastic choice of food and fabulous location. the lux, in old spitalfields market, is John’s latest acquisition and the complex, offering food, drink, music and much more, is once again in a trendy, historical london location. his love for food and passion for british produce has not only inspired him as a great chef and presenter but also as a well-known Food writer and published author. gregg wallace grew up in peckham, south east london, and opened his own company selling fruit and vegetables in 1989 at the age of 24. beginning his radio/television career on bbc radio 4 co-presenting talk veg for 7 years, he then went on to be the original presenter of saturday kitchen in 2002. in 2010 he opened wallace and co a cafe retail project in south west london, and has just opened his latest restaurant, gregg’s table, in the bermondsey square hotel, se1, where we wish him every success. gregg has co-presented masterchef: the professionals with michel roux Jr. uniting as co-presenters on masterchef goes large in 2005, John torode and gregg wallace have now become the recognised duo of food, the ant and dec of the kitchen some might say. so well known for their pairing, John and gregg found themselves the first duo to ever present have i got news For you in 2011. loved, feared and admired for handing out their brand of criticism, feedback, advice and support

to hundreds of hopefuls, John, gregg and masterchef have become addictive viewing across the nation. i asked them both why they felt masterchef had become so popular and their answers were very similar. “we all have an association with food in some form as we all eat, its as simple as that” and “the show is a celebration of people’s success, proof that anyone can achieve their goals and most importantly, it’s honest, what you see is real, not staged. we put a camera in their faces and say cook”. when speaking to John, i was curious to find out where this passion for food came from. i was told he grew up with his grandmother and she was a great influence. John said, “i always cooked with my grandmother, from the age of five and she taught me the basics. From there i realised it was something i enjoyed”. asking gregg the same question, he said, “when i started selling my produce to restaurants, i got my first taste of the restaurant scene and i realised i loved it, it opened doors to food for me i hadn’t necessarily considered before”. i was curious to know more about John and gregg, so probed a little deeper into their lives. asked their favourite foods, John replied, “beef is my thing, i love it in any form: cooked, raw, sliced or whole, any form will do. i also love thai food. growing up in australia it had an influence on me, similar to growing up in the uk where you are influenced by european food”. gregg is known from the show as the pudding man so he surprised me with his answer, “my favourite is a leg of lamb with rosemary”. i then asked, “if you could have any 4 people for a dinner party, dead or alive, whom would you invite?” John told me he has cooked for princes, prime ministers and celebrities and, if he were to sit down for a meal with 4 people,

he would like them to be good friends and family. gregg on the other hand answered, “i would choose alexandra the great, the duke of wellington, marilyn monroe and the cadbury’s bunny!” asking them both what advice they would you give to someone aspiring to enter the food industry and become a chef, gregg replied, “get a job in the best kitchen you can, work for free if you have to, struggle and suffer and work your way up”. John’s response was similar. “knock on ever door, start at the bottom, wash the pots, do the clearing up, listen and watch, take everything in and work your way up”. Finally, i asked what does 2012 have in store for the both. John told me he was concentrating on masterchef, on enjoying what he does and on the bbc’s good food show coming up in april. For gregg 2012 is a big year, his newest restaurant opened at the end of February and he has an autobiography coming out, due to hit the shelves in time for christmas. when speaking about april’s bbc good Food show, gregg said, “i am excited about the event being held at bluewater as i shop there myself”. bbc’s good Food spring show will be held in bluewater on april 12th-15th. the show will bring to life some of the nation’s favourite tv programmes. saturday kitchen live sessions, hosted by James martin, will feature celebrity guests to give visitors their food heaven and food hell. masterchef will be brought to life with live sessions from John torode, gregg wallace and a whole host of past contestants and winners. there will also be producers of fine food and drink, ultimate suppliers of the best kitchenware and live cookery demonstrations from some of the countries best loved chefs, including, of course, John and gregg themselves.

TIP OF THE MONTH: AVOIDING ACID DAMAGE TO TEETH Erosion is the damage that is caused to the enamel of teeth from acid. Acid can either come from the diet (e.g. fizzy drinks, citric fruits, juices and excessive alcohol), or from within the body (e.g. in anorexia, gastro-oesophageal reflux or pregnancy vomiting). It is really important to recognize this problem and offer appropriate preventative treatment. Ongoing damage will wear down and shorten teeth resulting in poor appearance, and increased sensitivity of teeth due to the exposed inner layer called dentine. Psychic & sPiritualist “The only thing you can change about the past is how you feel. By making the right connection, you can understand where you have come from and how you can shape your journey to a better future.” George has performed readings for royalty, celebrities and entrepreneurs from all over the world, who have been astounded and empowered by their experience, as the experience is a combination of Spiritual guidance, ancient healing, and psychic insight, George will perform one to one or telephone readings. I was born in London Hospital in 1970 and was raised in East London, so I am an “East ender”; my Mum established a good reputation as a spiritualist, she was a specialist in palm, tea leaves and Tarot readings, it was a family tradition since the late 1800’s. Our house always had a spiritual energy flowing with incense, candles and readings were happening everyday. At 12 years old, I would practise 3 card Tarot readings with clients who were waiting there turn to see my Mother. I also developed a passion for music, my Father was a musician and I started to play drums at Greek weddings and parties from the age of 13. When I turned 17 I worked in the Greek Taverna “plate smashing scene”, I had an opportunity to practice my music and also my readings for different people. I became very popular with my readings and people would come back, not to smash plates but to have a reading.

On my 21st Birthday I launched on exclusive west London night clubs as a clairvoyant where I would read for celebrities, VIP’s and many other interesting people. In 1997 I had a serious operation. This created a crisis in my life where I had to draw deeply on my spiritual resources. I came through this fire committed to sharing my insights and had to work from home giving online readings during recovery. I was able to support an increasing number of people through their own journeys by using the spiritual knowledge that ran richly through my family’s history. The need for this operation and my subsequent journey of self-discovery also inspired me to focus on healing techniques. I rekindled an ancient colour therapy to enable aura, chakra balance and self connection. These techniques helped me to swiftly heal psychologically and physically, changing my life for the better. I now apply what I have learned from this experience to help others. Many people have been astounded with the results achieved. Although readings are important; spiritual guidance and self connection are essential! To become a practising psychic and a spiritualist is a responsibility that will take many years of dedication. For me it is has become a way of life.

he imagination is the most powerful process but is disregarded a majority of the time due to living a systematic lifestyle and it being replaced with thoughts as the first initial stage. you will hear many say that they are not very imaginative, which couldn’t be further from the truth as it is active constantly. children often use narratives or play in order to exercise and broaden their imagination. the ability to imagine one’s self in another person’s place is very important to social relations and understanding. albert einstein said, “imagination is more important than knowledge. knowledge is limited, imagination encircles the world.” imagination makes it possible to experience a whole world inside the mind. it gives one the ability to look at any situation from a different point of view to mentally explore the past and the future. in your imagination you can travel anywhere in the speed of light without any obstacles. it can make you feel free from difficulties and unpleasant circumstances. as children we develop at two

levels: first, role playing to act out what they have developed with their imagination, and at the second level they play again with their makebelieve situation by acting as if what they have developed is an actual reality that already exists in narrative myth. the imagination in this sense is not being limited to the acquisition of exact knowledge by the requirements of practical necessity, is, up to a certain point, free from objective restraints. our imagination is not limited to envisioning pictures in the mind; it includes our senses and feelings. one can imagine a sound, taste, smell, a physical sensation or a feeling or emotion. For some people it is easier to see mental pictures, others find it easier to imagine a feeling, and some are more comfortable imagining the sensation of one of the five senses. training of the imagination gives the ability to combine all the senses. imagination is a creative power that is necessary for inventing, designing, painting a picture or writing a book ect. the creative power of imagination has an important role in the achievement of every success in any field. what we imagine with faith

and feelings comes into being. it is the power beyond creative visualisation, positive thinking and affirmations. our imagination is the key to the law of attraction and the spark prior to the flame of our success. email: george@georgevalentino.co.uk credit card booking - 0800 035 6777 premium rate - 09066362222 (callers must be over 18, calls cost £1.50 per minute) one to one enquiry line 07916 281 2200 (face to face readings) SCENE 39

yes you can. some really famous names have faces frozen too far, but with a few simple steps they could have looked far more natural. as nature takes hold the skin becomes less taut and lines start appearing around the face. botox works by stopping the muscles from moving, thus stopping the lines and wrinkles from forming or getting more pronounced. the results usually last 3 - 4 months. when looking to have botox, the person giving the treatment must be qualified, and at pure medi-spa all consultations are carried out by a doctor who has injected many famous faces including the likes of stars from hollyoaks, gmtv and the only way is essex. the botox is injected with very small needles and is virtually pain free. it takes between 15 - 20 minutes to do the procedure. in the right hands, it can take years off a person by injecting around the eyes or softening features such as severe frown lines or lifting heavy eyebrows. in addition, it is well known to help with headaches and migraines and can be used to help people with excess sweating under arms and on hands and feet. with each botox treatment, there is a Free follow-up session, booked 2 weeks later, when more can be injected if necessary at no cost. by doing it this way allows you to retain movement and stop those horror stories of drooping eyelids and frozen foreheads. by having the botox done over a 2 week period means the results can be as subtle or as obvious as you like. the mantra is always “you can put more in but you can’t take it out!” at pure medi-spa all treatments are carried out by dr siddiqi after a Free consultation. march special offer buy 3 areas of botox and receive a 4th area free or £50 off restylane fillers.

heir mantra is “We aim to offer a gateway to the real flavours of the East, rich in aroma and spices, diverse in colour and texture”. I’ve heard friends raving about the food, so decided it was time I sampled it for myself and discovered the culinary experience E4 Indian Fusion had to offer. It was a Thursday evening and I booked a table for my colleague and I at 7:30pm. Arriving in the falling snow, my first impression was how warm and inviting the restaurant looked with its white exterior framing the entrance and lit up by the name sign above. Once inside, we were greeted by the charming and friendly owner who quickly showed us to a round table towards the middle of the restaurant. There was a selection of round and square tables of varying sizes surrounding us. We were promptly asked by the waiter for our drinks order and presented with Papadoms with a selection of Mint Sauce, Mango Chutney, Mixed Pickles and Cucumber Raitha. Since it was a week night, we both opted for soft drinks. However, there was a vast choice of beers, wines and spirits on offer should we have fancied an alcoholic drink.

56  SCENE

once settled in the cosy environment, we perused the menu and found we were spoilt for choice by the array of mouth watering starters, mains and side dishes on offer. once again, our host approached us enquiring as to the strength of spice we like in our food and offered to suggest dishes that were most suited and offered a flavoursome experience. she mentioned certain dishes that are yet to hit the menu and suggested, in particular, a couple we should try. we agreed to sample the authentic onion pakoras (onion and vegetable spicy fried patties), paneer tikka (large indian cheese cubes coated intikka) and boti kebab (tender lamb pieces served in a sizzling dish with onions) for our starters. we opted for a selection of mains to share, including chicken chilli masala (diced chicken in a medium sauce), chicken akabari (diced chicken in a medium sauce with mincemeat), chicken almasrique (cooked in a mild, creamy sauce topped with spinach) and pilau rice. For our side dishes, we decided to try aloo gobi (cauliflower and potato) and niramish (dry vegetables), plus a peshwari nan (stuffed with sweet herbs and coconut) for me and a garlic nan for my colleague. SCENE 57

our food arrived quickly and was served steaming hot. each dish seemed to be more flavoursome than the last with my personal favourites being the boti kebab, which was incredibly tender and tasty, and the chicken akabari, which was yummy and unusual with the mincemeat. i did ask my colleague for his favourite dish and he simply said they were all really enjoyable, although he did eat most of the cheese dish, so i guess that was a hit with him. desserts of various ice cream and sorbets dishes were available on the menu. however we were far to full to attempt these. with familiar faces such as ian duncan smith, and various members of the eastenders cast, frequenting the establishment and a choice of midweek menu offers, 5 course for £10.95 or sunday-thursday, buy one main, get one free, it’s easy to see why e4 indian Fusion has become a popular choice for many and a large part of the chingford food community. this is definitely an indian restaurant i’ll be eating at again and recommending my friends and family too.

visit e4 indian fusion, 102 station road, chingford, london, e4 7ba tel: 0208 524 2999 book for mother’s day and mum eats for free (seafood not included in this offer).

Up close: with the new Porsche 911

Never have we been approached with a sexy new sports car and thought, ‘hold up, I need to check out the gear-lever’. But then how often have you seen a car with a seven-speed manual gearbox?

60  SCENE

ou could ask whether the sportscar is still relevant. It would be a good question, but you might as well ask the same of dreams.

and engine dynamics that are even more direct.

The answer to both questions lies in the future or, to be more precise, in the future of the sportscar. In the new 911, the future has already begun. The highly efficient, state-ofthe-art engines make a considerable contribution to reducing fuel consumption, but their sound is still unmistakably Porsche.

The 3.4-litre boxer engine with direct fuel injection (DFI) and VarioCam Plus. It develops 257 kW (350 hp) at 7,400 rpm and the maximum torque is 390 Nm at 5,600 rpm.

The new 911 engines are also unmistakably sporty thanks to the new SPORT button fitted as standard. At the push of a button, the engine becomes tuned for a sharper response

The new 911 currently comes with 2 choices of engine:

For the 911 Carrera with 7-speed manual gearbox, this means acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.8 seconds and a top speed of 289 km/h. The figures achieved by the 911 Carrera Cabriolet are 5.0 seconds and 286 km/h. With the optional Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK), it means figures of 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.6

seconds and a top speed of 287 km/h for the 911 Carrera and 4.8 seconds and 284 km/h for the 911 Carrera Cabriolet. The 3.8-litre boxer engine with direct fuel injection (DFI) and VarioCam Plus. It produces 294 kW (400 hp) at 7,400 rpm and the maximum torque of 440 Nm is achieved at 5,600 rpm. As a result, the new 911 Carrera S with 7-speed manual gearbox completes the sprint from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.5 seconds and reaches a top speed of 304 km/h. The 911 Carrera S Cabriolet achieves 4.7 seconds and 301 km/h. With the optional Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK), the figures are 0 to 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 302 km/h for the CoupĂŠ and

4.5 seconds and 299 km/h for the cabriolet. the overall appearance is low, wide and sleek. typically 911. so, is everything just the same as it has been since 1963? yes, and no. after all, only those who change will remain true to themselves – and they’ve changed. looking at the car’s exterior, the wheelbase of the new 911 is 100 mm longer for improved driving stability and cornering dynamics. overhang is now shorter at the front and rear, making the new 911 look even more compact. the sporty overall impression is emphasised by the lower roof line and a wider track at the front – 46 mm on the 911 carrera models and 52 mm on the 911 carrera s models. For improved aerodynamics, the exterior mirrors are now mounted directly on the doors. increased agility is just one of the results of all these refinements. on the inside in addition to the choice of black, platinum grey, luxor beige and yachting blue for the interior, there is a wide range of other personalisation options available, including two-tone colour combinations or special colours and materials such as carbon, aluminium or high-quality wood. engineering and style – and porsche identity on the inside, as demonstrated by the new elevated centre console. in typical porsche fashion, the use of form follows a basic principle: focus on the driver. this is why the distance between the gear lever or selector and steering wheel is extremely short and the operating logic, such as that of the two-zone air conditioning system or the suspension settings, is clear and uncomplicated. you shouldn’t have to browse one submenu after another. you should instead be able to concentrate on what’s important: the road. 62 SCENE

23 aug-22 sep broken hearts will mend; broken minds take a little longer. you must pull yourself up to make that final difference in your life and begin to start again – this time with more expertise and more time to devote to situations that do matter to you and to others. you have escaped from this situation before. all will turn around for you in ways not thought possible.

aries 21 mar-19 apr time to go very quickly for you; your sensitive nature will be exposed if you don’t start to deal with issues which affect your stability. see matters from a higher prospective and begin to make a difference, which before was only a token gesture. you are in the slipstream of life. there cannot be any mistakes going forwards. concentration is needed with every decision from now on.

taurus 20 apr-20 may it is time for the tables to turn now in your favour and to accept an offer which you cannot refuse. the moment of delivery has come and for you to take the next path that shows itself to you. it will not be difficult, only exciting in many ways. it will come to you naturally and all will present itself in a calm and logical way.

Gemini 21 may-20 Jun throw caution to the wind and act on impulse. you have waited for this dream commitment, so allow yourself the grace of enjoying all that now comes to you. break free with tradition and know that what you are entering into is a chance of a lifetime. you deserve this opportunity and will thrive once it is all in place. start to believe in your destiny.

leo 23 Jul-22 aug life now is emerging pretty remarkably. movement in every direction is afforded to you. do not take up the slack for another, but boldly go forwards into the unknown and begin to believe in yourself. the opportunity of a lifetime is on offer. it is good, but with complications. there is an element of risk anyway, which will work out as you will see.

libra 23 sep-22 oct an expensive time ahead with all funds being provided, believe in what can be achieved and what needs to be shelved for a different occasion. you are in the middle of a double jeopardy, so you need to act and think constructively to minimise the effect to you and your business. get smart and know you cannot hope to get away with it all the time.

scorpio 23 oct-21 nov what needs to be achieved needs to be done right now. there is no time to prevaricate as time is of the essence. you must get going right now to bring in maximum effect to all those around you. many weird and wonderful situations are coming in and you must learn to deal with them in order, so that you ultimately benefit and can reap rewards.

sagittarius 22 nov-21 dec a flowing in and out of different energies will see you all disorientated for quite some time, so be warned, but do not be alarmed as all will calm down to meet with your requirements at the given time. you must remain steadfast in your resolve to adopt a better structured policy for you and all your staff. as you gain so they will also.

capricorn 22 dec-19 Jan all attention should be given to you to provide for you that steady income that has been there, but not before realised. see more business opportunities coming your way to show you off for the person you are to become. it will take you back a bit until you know just how to handle it – a warm glow of confidence to overcome you in a beautiful way.

aquarius 20 Jan-18 feb remember your strengths as you tackle this next phase of your life. you have been searching for answers and it is only now that they are being addressed. life is about the planetary aspects, which become more favourable for the time that is developing around you. see opportunities that weren’t there before emerging, so now you need to act and be positive in all that you do. thanks for taking the time to talk to us today billy. tell us a bit about your background: i come from a sporty background and fitness has always been a massive part of my life. i played professional rugby for saracens, then moved into personal training from rugby to help people achieve their fitness goals. i’ve been doing this now for ten years and train everyone from beginners to professional sportsmen to celebrities. tell us about billy stanley boot camp: billy stanley boot camp offers 45 minute metabolic boosting workouts for all fitness levels. i use the Fat loss Formula which consists of twelve workouts in four weeks, whilst following my proven nutrition Formula and tactics to switch off your fat storing hormones and switch on your fat burning hormones. we guarantee you will drop a clothes size, or your money back, and you will have fun doing it. no military style shouting, just great coaching, support and fantastic results. where and when do your boot camps take place? they take place at chigwell school. camps, run all year, in four week blocks, with a week off in between. there are two camps per week: camp one: tuesday, wednesday, Friday from 6.45pm-7.30pm and camp two: monday 7.15pm-8pm, wednesday

730pm-8.15pm and thursday 7.15pm-8pm. what makes your boot camps different to others? we are not just an exercise class. our camp has a start date and an end date to ensure our clients’ fat loss and fitness progresses throughout the weeks. it is not a “turn up, pay-as-you go when you like” class; our fat loss classes help you drop inches, and to look and feel great. we deliver a risk-free exercise and nutrition package. we know what we do works which is why we guarantee that, if you follow our programme, you will drop a clothes size in four weeks or your money back! who is your “typical” client? billy stanley boot camp is designed for everyone. the programme is designed so that no one is left behind and the workouts increase in intensity during the four weeks. all we ask is that you get outside your comfort zone! if you don’t move outside your comfort zone, you won’t achieve the results you truly deserve. if you do what is hard, getting body fat off is easy. if you do what is easy, getting body fat off is hard! what tips would you give to those looking to lose weight and keep it off? cut out wheat, dairy, alcohol, caffeine and processed foods from your diet for the next 14-28 days and see what happens to your body, health, skin, hair, nails and energy! you will love the results. the key to fat loss is optimal health, and with a healthy body, fat does not get stored to obese and unnecessary levels. as well as looking better, you are going to feel better. don’t waste your time doing endless amount of cardio. cardio burns calories but does nothing post workout. do some form of resistance training three days a week. the exercises you choose should follow the ‘600’ rule. that is, as many of the 600 muscles in your body should be involved as possible. exercises like squats, push ups,

lunges and pull ups will work best. you have your own ebook; tell us a bit about that: when people sign up to my boot camps they receive their own copy of our nutrition ebook “the billy stanley nutritional Formula,” which includes my nine day detox plan, cutting edge nutritional advice, healthy eating plans and fat loss tips. i also give a Free ebook: ‘5 tips to burn stubborn Fat’ when people sign up to my email subscription. what about success stories? the proof is in the results and i’ve had some fantastic success stories from clients so far. leia wash, for example dropped three dress sizes and an amazing 23 ½ inches after doing two months at my boot camp. there are a number of client testimonials from both men and women on my website: www.billystanleybootcamp.com you sound like a very busy man with your personal training and boot camps! what do you do when you get some time off? i love spending quality time with my family. my wife and i just recently had our second baby, a son called louie. we also have a little girl called lily so we’re kept pretty busy with those two! thanks, billy, we wish you continued success with your boot camps and congratulations on your new arrival!
