The Scenic Story
Founded in Australia in 1986, the Scenic Group has a long history of creating outstanding river and ocean cruise experiences. Within its portfolio, 23 elegant river ships from the renowned Scenic and Emerald Cruises brands explore the most beautiful waterways of Europe and Asia. Since 2019, the company has also been successfully demonstrating its expertise on the world’s oceans with the luxurious ocean yachts Scenic Eclipse, Scenic Eclipse II, Emerald Azzurra, and Emerald Sakara. Soon, these will be joined by two new ships Emerald Kaia and Emerald Astra, marking a new chapter.

Launched in 2019, Scenic Eclipse was specifically designed for “once-in-a-lifetime” experiences and has been setting the benchmark in luxury cruising ever since. The ocean yacht is unparalleled when it comes to exploring the world on small ships – from the most remote to the most iconic destinations. On global expeditions, the yacht sails to fascinating locations with a maximum of 228 guests (200 in Polar Regions) and an outstanding guest-to-crew ratio of almost 1:1. Onboard, your guests can indulge in 10 gourmet dining experiences, nine bars and lounges, the 550 m² Senses Spa, as well as numerous terraces and pool areas.
