In January 2022, we introduced our bespoke luxury yacht, Emerald Azzurra, to the world’s oceans, with sailing commencing across the Mediterranean & Adriatic and the Caribbean & Central America, alongside the fabled Transatlantic crossing. Our Director of Food & Beverage, Tom Goetter, has created the menus for our main restaurant, La Cucina Dining, celebrating fresh, seasonal and local produce. This spacious setting flows into a large alfresco terrace.

Adjoining La Cucina Dining, our specious terrace is a beautiful spot for an alfresco breakfast or lunch, as well as a delightful vantage point from which to enjoy the ocean breeze with an after-dinner drink.

Authentic dark wooden tones, muted colours and local art work adorn the walls of the Lotus Lounge, situated on the Vista Deck, perfectly positioned to observe as the ship docks in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City, the only vessel of its type to do so.
