Agency enquiries enquire about a group to their dedicated Regional Sales Manager.

Your Sales Manager will explore all group options with the agency, including the benefits, dates and itineraries for a potential group departure.

Once the group departure is selected, your Sales Manager will send over the dates and itineraries selected by the agency to Agency Sales.

Agency Sales will check availability on the itinerary selected, via Express Book. This is to make sure that there is enough space for your group on the ship. If not, alternative dates will be provided.

Once prices, dates and group benefits have been accepted by the agency, the departure will be confirmed with Agency Sales.

Once the departure date is held, Agency Sales will then issue the agency a group contract, which contains the pricing grid, the group benefits and the terms and conditions of taking out a group.

When the agency receives the contract this must be thoroughly checked, signed and sent back to Agency Sales at groups@emeraldcruises.co.uk for Emerald Cruises river and ocean cruises, or groupsuk@scenic.co.uk for Scenic river and ocean cruises.

Agencies can then utilise having a dedicated Sales Manager- bespoke marketing collateral can be produced from our Trade Marketing Team, information sessions can be set up and specific groups training can be organised. This means agents can fully understand and promote the group departures they have. Once guests are interested in the group sailing that the agency has on offer, the agency can contact the Groups Reservations Team on 0161 602 2957 for Scenic and 0161 602 2958 for Emerald Cruises to book, or to ask any questions about pre or post stay accommodation.
