SCE PROJECT is an engineering practice founded in April 2001 by Fabrizio Bozzi, Stefano De Cerchio and Manuela Fantini.

SCE PROJECT is a team made up of more than 120 professionals, including engineers, architects and technical specialists as well as service partners and specialists in administration, IT and technical archiving. With offices in Rome, Milan, Tirana, Singapore and Ho Chi Minh City each of them with its own expertise, all contribute to our multidisciplinary process where individual specialists work together continuously to offer clients the highest quality production in all project phases, from concept to construction.

SCE Project Tirana was established officially in 2022. It’s journey, however, began in 2020 with only two people and since then it has grown both in numbers but also in responsibility and quality of work it produces.
It’s now 9 collaborators, both architects and structural engineers have become an integral part of various projects managed internally but also by the headquarters in Milan.
They are regular participants in all the training courses, various discussions concerning the workflow optimization, young, energetic, and eager to embody the spirit and philosophy that is SCE Project and bring that back to the work product they deliver.
ORSELIDO BEQIRAJ
Orselido Beqiraj began his collaboration with SCE Project began in 2019 as a structural engineer, assisting in the structural design of the buildings U1 and U2 in the Assago Project and then in the Rb2 Project. He was involved in the structural calculations for the reassessment of the San Siro Stadium.
During his career, Orselido has worked on numerous projects related to a wide variety of sectors (industrial, commercial, residential), worth mentioning his 6 years’ experience working in infrastructure, holding the roles of Designer and Project Engineer, involved in large-scale multidisciplinary planning processes.
He is currently at SCE Project as the CEO of the SCE Project Tirana, established in 2022

Each design solution is verified before the start of construction. Any modification proposed is careful to maintain the same construction schedule and strict coordination with the detailed design intent, including compatibility with any exiting conditions which are always verified by on-site surveys necessary to validate their effectiveness.

FOCUS ON
BIM & DATA MANAGEMENT
BIM is a key tool for the control and optimization of the building’s life cycle, from the design phase to the construction phase and continuing beyond to the management and maintenance phase of the building, where the maximum benefits are realized in terms of the optimization of time and operating costs.
Starting from the design phase executed entirely in BIM, the coor dination between the various specialists and the embedding of information and project criteria is guaranteed with the sharing of all the geometric, physical and performance characteristics of the construction elements. Quality control, consistency, and precision of the design documentation (spreadsheets, schedules, estimates, programming, etc.) are guaranteed with automatic data extraction from a single centralized database.
The virtual model is also used during construction by the Construction Manager and by the contractor to verify the completion of the work, the construction schedule, and to record any changes to the project that took place during construction.
The goal is to provide the Owner at the completion of the contract with a BIM model that corresponds exactly to what was built and includes the maintenance information.
HERITAGE
SCE Project has obtained a position of leadership in the field of restoration of historic buildings for which special attention is given to fundamentals aspects: diagnostics, selection and adoption of conservation techniques and materials, analysis, testing pre- and post-intervention, and monitoring during the construction phases.
