The Government of the Republic of Zambia launched the Fifth National Development Plan (FNDP) for 20062010.

One of the key components of the plan is the governance programme which concentrates on implementation of 5 components:

Conclusion
Localising training enables you to train many people at a goal.
Localising training is key and best option to speed up nationally led governance assessments for monitoring of NPDs.
