Introduction

“I’m anxious.” A famous line from myself which, if you knew me, you would hear quite often. I could be standing in line for groceries or working on a term paper, it doesn’t seem to matter. The little bastard known as anxiety creeps out of nowhere just to torment me. I’m sure you can relate, while you may not be constantly announcing it to the world.
