Master of Management (MMgt)
ADD BUSINESS TO YOUR NON-BUSINESS DEGREE
Advancing your career in any sector requires core business and communication skills, a global perspective and an understanding of wider social, ethical and environmental contexts. It takes careful refining of your qualitative and quantitative skills, and finding new ways of applying them to the area of interest you’re passionate about.
The 12-month, full-time Master of Management (MMgt) program enables you to discover and grow these foundational leadership skills to build an exciting future.
CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTS

In addition to rigorous instruction in core business competencies like economics and managerial accounting, the program places special emphasis on building skills like strategic thinking, business communication and managing team dynamics.
The MMgt curriculum is highly experiential, culminating with an Enterprise Consulting Project in which you’ll work closely with a
local organization to develop strategies for business development and solutions to management challenges.
GAIN A COMPETITIVE EDGE
Clarify and map your career goals with the mentorship of industry leaders in the classroom and by working closely with the Centre for Career Design.
Recruiters particularly value the communication, interpersonal and leadership skills that the Schulich MMgt emphasizes. Graduates are equipped to inspire their colleagues to find innovative business solutions in a variety of environments.
Graduates of the MMgt program have launched their careers in exciting roles in both the public and private sector in organizations such as CIBC, GlaxoSmithKline, EY, Bell Canada, and The Princess Margaret Foundation.
