Master of Marketing (MMKG)

A NEW MARKETING LANDSCAPE

In the midst of transformational changes in media, technology and consumption, the need for agile, creative marketing professionals is ever growing. The full-time, 12-month Master of Marketing (MMKG) is the first program of its kind in Canada to prepare graduates for professional careers in marketing.

CURRICULUM HIGHLIGHTS

Foundational core courses provide you with the critical analysis and decision-making skills required of marketers today. Learn state-of-the-art digital marketing and research tools and explore new developments in analytics, buyer behaviour, product and service development, segmentation and targeting. Explore areas of career interest with your choice of marketing electives in topics such as Retail Analytics, Entertainment Marketing, Strategic Market Communications and Marketing Metrics.

The capstone of the program is a two-term Marketing Field Project, designed to give you first-hand experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies for an organization.

The MMKG program is designed for people who wish to develop marketing capabilities, from recent graduates of non-business or business degree programs, to people with work experience in a variety of fields.

PREPARE FOR A CAREER IN MARKETING

The Master of Marketing program will prepare you for modern marketing roles and give you leadership development opportunities to pursue rewarding careers in the industry. Graduates will understand both marketing and consumer behaviour theory, and have the skills required to excel in digital and data-driven marketing environments.

Throughout your studies, benefit from access to the Centre for Career Design (CCD). As Schulich’s in-house team of certified Career Coaches and Industry Advisors, the CCD offers innovative resources, individualized mentoring and coaching to help advance your career.
