Pursue your MBA full-time or part-time at our Keele Street campus located at York University, or pursue the first half of your MBA part-time at the Miles S. Nadal Management Centre, our downtown satellite location in the heart of Toronto’s bustling financial district. You can take classes during the daytime, evenings or on weekends, depending on your schedule. Schulich’s flexible structure enables you to select the best term to schedule a break if you wish to pursue an optional internship. You may also switch seamlessly between full-time and part-time study throughout your MBA.

• What to Expect Designed to allow working professionals the ability to pursue their full-time MBA outside of a 9 to 5 work regimen. Students are enrolled in courses scheduled on weeknights and in condensed, consecutive formats on Saturdays.

* The full-time program is typically completed in 20 months, which includes a flexible break term that you can schedule to meet your program and professional goals. Students can also opt to complete the program in 16 months (full-time) should they choose not to schedule a break.

The Accelerated MBA and Advanced Standing

We understand the value of your previous degree. Students with Canadian undergraduate business degrees may be eligible for advanced standing, shortening the length of their MBA through our accelerated option. Graduates of Schulich Masters programs with two years of full-time work experience may be eligible for up to a term of advanced standing. Schulich Master of Management graduates will be eligible for significant advanced standing into the Schulich MBA, after acquiring the requisite work experience to be eligible for the MBA.

The Accelerated Weekend & Evening MBA (WE MBA)

WE MBA students with a Schulich BBA or MMgt degree and 2 years of full-time work experience may be able to complete the program in as little as 12 months.

The Graduate Business Council (GBC)

The GBC is the representative student body for both full-time and part-time students in all Schulich graduate degree programs. The GBC hosts various events including getaway weekends in September and January, an annual Graduate Formal, social nights, and Schulich representation at the MBA Games in January. Aside from social and athletic activities, the GBC serves as the student body’s voice to the faculty and administration.

The 601 Global Immersive Option

The Global Immersive Option (GIO) is a special international version of the Strategy Field Study. Selected students work in a team with an international company on a consulting project focused on specific strategic assignments, such as creating a market entry strategy, developing a partnership strategy, enhancing a company’s efforts toward Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or other distinct objectives.

Students participate in a one-week faculty-led trip to visit their international client site. Recent destinations have included Brazil, Costa Rica, and Israel.

SCHULICH BLACK AND INDIGENOUS STUDENT BURSARY *

The Schulich Black and Indigenous Student Bursary will be provided to either part-time or full-time Schulich undergraduate and graduate students who demonstrate financial need. Applicants will be required to complete the Schulich Bursary Application/SFP and self-identify as either/or Indigenous or Black.

Tuition Fees and Cost of Living

Figures are based on the currently approved fee framework. Fees listed below include tuition and supplementary fees. PER TERM 4 (2024 – 2025) $ 7,273 International students must review immigration regulations before considering part-time study.

1 The completion time for the full-time MBA is four terms, and the full-time WE MBA is six terms. The full-time Accelerated-MBA is completed in two terms.

2 Students in our joint programs pay Schulich full-time tuition for three terms and all remaining tuition is subject to the fees of the partnering Faculty (Osgoode or the Faculty of Graduate Studies). Tuition fees for other faculties can be viewed at sfs.yorku.ca/fees

3 Estimated Program Total is calculated by multiplying current tuition fees by the average number of terms required to complete the program. Estimates are rounded to the nearest $50 CAD.
