In 2022 SCICON officially announces the largest eyewear endorsement in the UCI WorldTour and present no less than four UCI Mens WorldTour teams and two UCI Womens WorldTour teams with over 150 professional cyclists that sport SCICON glasses at races. Today SCICON is available in over 40 countries in the world and operates branches in the USA (San Diego), Canada (Vancouver), South Africa (Pretoria) and Australia (Melbourne). AEROWING LAMON This radical shape features bio-inspired, novelty design elements that increase protection and fit while reducing aerodynamic impact. The wing-like lens design with slitted trailing edges diffuses air to exit smoothly along the side of the lens. Diffusion of the air flow at the edges of the lens also helps to pull more fresh air behind the lens avoiding fogging up. Two air vent ducts provide additional airflow. Nature demonstrates near-infinite solutions to problem solving. Handcrafted in Italy and as an industry first the Aerowing Lamon features an ecologically produced, bio-based frame material that is durable, lightweight, strong and withstands the harshest conditions – all while reducing our carbon footprint. Tested on the road with three UCI WorldTour teams and now on the road to Paris.

If you wear a prescription but love the coverage and style of Scicon Sports Aerotech eyewear, we have the perfect solution for you. You can have your prescription embedded into the Aerotech lens, creating a single-piece shield design. Although the one-piece shield design is what makes Aerotech unique, it can also make adding a prescription lens a complex task. Please note that the size of the prescription lenses is larger than most basic prescription lenses, with a width of 55mm and a height of 35mm. Despite this, most athletes find the lenses to be comfortable and effective.

We use laser cutting to create two large sections of the lens, and the surrounding lens acts as a frame, with the prescription lenses mounted into it.
